Absolute shocking company
Absolute shocking company. Told me they had no stock so wasn’t sending my bed, I requested the refund they refused my refund and uploaded someone else’s proof of delivery (even with the wrong door number of and persons name on the shipping label) just told lie after lie even when I called them out with the evidence! Do not order from these scammers

Bought the triple bunk bed. I got update from delivery driver Stass and estimated arrival which was accurate. Stass the delivery driver was very pleasant. The triple bunk bed was delivered and i had no issues with it while building it.

We only ordered 2 days ago, what a fantastic service, plenty of communication and delivery was on time. Shiva (the delivery driver) phoned ahead to let me know he was on his way and I was the next stop. He was extremely polite, friendly and delivered the chair into our porch 👍🏻

Excellent delivery
Excellent delivery. I received a call the day before telling me that my furniture would be delivered the following day with a two hour time slot. On the day I received a call to say that they were 15mins away. When they arrived Shiva came to my door with another gentleman, both very very polite and asked where I would like my furniture placed. They carefully brought it in. No issues at all.

Terrible experience avoid this seller!
The item arrived damaged (dented), missing the lights, and with loose screws scattered everywhere in the box. When there was a delivery delay, the seller sent threats directly through amazon. I reported them, they then immediately tracked down my personal contact details to send an overwhelming barrage of threatening messages outside of Amazon. They later resorted to blatant lies to try and get out of paying for a return. If anything goes wrong, this seller relies on severe harassment and dishonesty rather than professional communication. Absolutely avoid.
i wish i read other reviews from people buying bliss wood furniture which is from this company as many have said the exact same they will take absolutely no owner ship of anything and just threaten you or lie to try get out of paying!
the response i got for my review again i was contacted told you i didn’t wanna give details as this level of disrespect went beyond your company being able to help i explained myself was told by you that is ok and you understand etc but to now see you want me to send it again, well this response just proves again my point!
