Delayed delivery but overall good experience
We are really happy with the bunk bed that we purchased. We had some disappointment with our delivery being cancelled two days in a row by DHS, which was really inconvenient. They were apologetic. Having said that, once the delivery did take place, we had a great delivery experience. The driver, Ignas Vir from V&V logistics kept in touch prior to the delivery to confirm an estimated delivery time and then again shortly prior to the delivery. He was polite and helpful when bringing the items through and offered to help bring them inside. Although we didn't need this, it was kind to have offered.

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience
Bought a bed, only got half of it.
Had to phone 32 times all together to try and find out where other package was. Tried to get refund, but
they kept telling me it would take longer to get as I had half the bed.
Eventually got it . After weeks of phone calls
Bed ok, but definitely not worth the hassle. Avoid this place .
