This is a long one as iv been in a…
This is a long one as iv been in a battle with this store for three weeks.I bought bunk beds and a mattress for my kids and was happy but then everything went downhill.The first thing was the delivery driver said I had given the wrong address (who dose that)but infact he just couldn't find me.They then asked if I had another address to deliver to so I gave my friends address and had to go back and forth with them in the car as the boxes are big.So i started building the beds and got nearly to the end and there was bolts missing to complete the build.On top of this they sent a single mattress instead of the double I paid for so I contacted them and got alot of bad attitude,they told me the mattress is a double im mistaken but it did not fit the bed so that was the first battle and they just would not listen to me.They then said replacement bolts had been sent out and id receive them in 48 hours but no bolts came so I requested they just come and collect the beds for a refund.They did say they would collect them but had conditions,I had to pack the beds in the exact state they arrived and send photos to prove to them I had put every peace exactly as it arrived in the box before they would send a courier to collect the item.Its impossible to get every peice exactly as it came in the box but I said id make sure they were packed well.They said no it must be how we say or we won't send a courier (they know this isn't possible)so I had to go to my credit card company for a dispute which could take months!Im now sitting with incomplete beds that my children can't sleep in as bolts are missing and no money to purchase more as I had saved up for these.I also have a bunch of very rude and unprofessional wattsapp messages were I was telling them my children are distressed sleeping on a mattress because of this to which I got a thumbs up emoji 👍 as a reply and replys 4 and 5 days later so yes 3 weeks in and still no resolution just a bunch of cheek from the company so dont do it to yourself.
Think twice and go somewhere else dont be tempted by the price its not worth it!!!
Update in regards to the reply iv received,no attempt has been made to contact me all I have it very cheeky replies to wattsapp messages with thumb up emojis and similar things ......

Although DHL were idiots when it came to the delivery DHS dealt with the issue brilliantly with lots of quick feedback until it was resolved.
The box I bought is of excellent quality for the price. I will definitely use them again on the future.

Called today 05/10/2026 at 8.47am three times and still spoke to the same person, said her name was patricia. I needed help placing a order with a discount code ai was kindly emailed from the company. Firstly a really bad language barrier when i spoke with adviser, then when I asked to speak to someone else as she wasnt trying to help nor listen she said no managers were able to assist. She explained that i should sent the email i recieved to the sales email address and they will call me. I asked how if she did not even bother to take a number name email address or nothing so i said this to her and she said she has my number on screen. She hung up the phone. I called again spoke with her again she knew who i was hung up again. I explained all calls are recorded and i was not rude nor difficult i would like to make a complaint. I will be taking my. Custom somewhere else but first would like to complaint about her conduct. Ir you simply do not understand your customers here within the uk its common practice to get someone who can help within your department, not hang up on customers. Rude staff member.
