Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. Royden patiently answered all my questions with a friendly and detailed response and processed a bespoke order for me outside the website. All items have now been delivered within the promised timescale and via a courier who seems to specialise in fragile items like shower screens. Definitely my go to bathroom store from now on.

Poor information about delivery time frame, once ordered will send information that they are trying to procure the product. Seems unfair and dodgy.

We are genuinely gutted you felt the need to leave us such a scathing review, our reviews mean the world to us and this one is completely unjustified.
You placed your order on the 29th of February and we sent you a confirmation the following day that the goods would be on a 7 to 10 day lead time, exactly as it says on the product page.
Nowhere do we list this item as in stock and furthermore we have lead time tabs on all product pages, a visible phone number and ask a question button to check lead times.
I see zero need to leave such a nasty review when we have done absolutely nothing wrong to deserve this.
As for being unfair and dodgy I think it is more of a case that you did not check the information ahead of placing the order.
Fortunately we have lots of lovely customers who leave us positive reviews as we always go the extra mile to ensure we offer exceptional service.

Great price. Great customer service
Product was competitively priced. I ordered online and although there was an issue with the delivery (mistake by third party), the team at Draw a Bath (Royden in particular) assisted in getting this rectified promptly and kept me updated along the way. Brilliant service.

Excellent experience
I had an excellent experience with Draw a Bath for our bathroom hardware needs. Chris provided fantastic customer service, efficiently reducing the lead time to accommodate our project's tight deadline and arranging overnight shipment for us. Although two items arrived with manufacturing defects, the issue was swiftly resolved with prompt replacements, and we were kept informed throughout. I highly recommend Draw a Bath for not only the quality products they sell but also their exceptional customer care and responsiveness. A big thank you to Chris and the team!

I required a Duravit Trapezoid bath
I required a Duravit Trapezoid bath. I researched on line and amongst other Found Draw a bath. I spoke to the salesman Chris by telephone who was really helpful. He advised me what parts to buy online in addition to the bath. I know from other companies there would be a lead in of 5 weeks as the bath was a special item from the German manufacturers. A member of staff called me 4 weeks to the day and arranged delivery the following day. Everything arrived as ordered, ahead of time and cheaper than I could find elsewhere.
