Jack was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products I required. Although two gutter angles had to be manufactured the delivery was very quick of the whole order.

This is my drainage place now!
I ordered some incompatible bits and instead of just shipping them, Jack took the trouble to phone and ask me if I realised. That has never happened to me with an online order before. They normally just ship the stuff and, if it is wrong, hope to get a second order for the right part knowing that the postage cost means that it is not worth returning any incorrectly ordered bits. Moreover, he emailed me the recommended sized fittings and sorted everything out to arrive on time for my project. Amazing!

Brilliant
Brilliant! We had a large cast iron order so I did a lot of research and decided on Drainage Central for their price, reputation and my experience communicating with Jack on the phone and via emails. The delivery was on time and the single item broken in transport (not surprising with a large order) was replaced quickly and without a quibble. Thank You.

Svar fra Drainage Central
Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
We are sorry you have not had a good experience shopping with us.
All of our lead times are advertised on individual item pages, and it looks like this order was delivered within the advertised lead time.
Our carriage charges are easy to see, displayed at basket before deciding to purchase.
On investigation, our customer service team responded promptly to your request for a return, as it appeared you wanted a black bracket rather than a mill finish bracket which was ordered and delivered.
Once returned the item will be refunded.
Please reach out to us by email if you have any further queries.
Kind Regards,
Drainage Central Team
Spot on …
Kept me well informed about dispatch delivery times at all stages,

Great service
Great service. Spent an entire day trying to find a company that would send cast iron sewer pipes via next day, mainly talking to call centres who didn’t understand what I wanted. Found Drainage Central near the end of the day and Jack was excellent. He was the first person to point out I needed a certain type of drain as it would go in concrete, and his quote was far better than most others even without their fast delivery. Before sending the quote, he checked with the foundry that they had the stock in and that next day delivery would work. The pipes all turned up on time, and when we found one had cracked on one end in transit, Jack had it all sorted in 30 minutes.
Perfect service! Knowledgeable, friendly and very responsive.
