Coletul nu a ajuns la mine niciodata dar statusul lor arata ca sa incercat livrarea. Nu am fost contactat, nu a venit nici un curier iar acuma am primit mail de confirmare a returului. Retur al produsului care nu a ajuns la mine! JALNIC

DPD m-a sunat sa vin sa iau pachetul de la intrarea in curtea blocului. I-am zis curierului ca sunt singur acasa cu bebelusul si nu pot sa cobor, sa vina el ASA CUM AR TREBUI SA FACA.
Curierul a zis ca vine daca bag mana in buzunar. Nu este numai imoral ci si ilegal sa ceri spaga.
Mi-a returnat pachetul la expeditor.

Dacă as putea as da 0 la cât de incompetenți sunt

Vin sa ridice/livreze comenzi cand vor ei. Te uiti pe codul de tracking si sunt cate 3-4 incercari nereusite din cauza clientului, dar ei nici macar nu incearca sa te contacteze. Cel mai prost serviciu de curierat, as prefera posta romana in locul lor

Păcat că nu pot sa le acord minus. Cel mai prost serviciu de curierat. Nu anunță când vin , nu țin cont că pachetul este platit și cer plata din nou. Angajații, mitocani, obraznici și mincinoși. Le doresc sa dea faliment și să fie desființați!!! Rușine. O să i reclam și la protecția consumatorului!

Is there any way to give minus rating for this company in Romania? They keep delaying all my parcels all the time and I have asked all the companies to never ever use them in future for my parcels so I can secure my well being.

Nu recomand serviciile de curierat DPD. Nu anunta pe nici o cale pentru ridicarea coletelor si fara acordul partilor fac retur. Asta pentru a incasa mai multi bani tur retur

Despite being paid for fast delivery, it has now been 12 days since DPD picked up my parcel in Bucharest for delivery to Copenhagen, and it’s still stuck in transit.

DPD Customer Service is just as incompetent as the rest of the company. They provide no useful information and seem more focused on pretending to assist customers than actually solving problems.

Awful experience. I asked them, through the app, to deliver my package on another day than the one they informed me they will. They still tried to deliver the package on the initial day and not the one I asked them too.

If they are not delivering a 31 kg package, even if it comes on a pallet, they will leave it in front of the gate or downstairs, in front of the block. If on the pallet you have pieces of a wardorobe, you will have to open the pallet and take the pieces one by one and lift them to the appartment.

So, good luck buying a pallet jack to lift DPD packets because they don't care what you do with your packages and pallets they bring.

Am primit pachet prin DPD iar coletul era într-un hal fără de hal adică îndoit înspre interior la părțile mai lungi iar colțurile RUPTE. Am impresia că a încercat să se uite în colet. Execrabil, deși spuneți ca se ridică coletul în data de..., intervalul orar..., nu respectați absolut deloc. Așa am pierdut și clienții.

Worst delivery company in Romania. Short story : DPD Romania did not bother to deliver the pack , they never contacted me, they just returned the pack to Temu. It happened the same to my husband a couple of months ago with a local delivery, DPD did not contact him, they just returned the pack to the sender. And another time the courier threw the pack over the fence without asking if it's ok and there was a camera with a solar panel inside which obviously broke. Moreover the personnel in the office is not there to help, they never resolved a problem.

I would have given 0 stars if that would have been possible.

To say it's the worst company in Romania it's an understatement.

If you want your package and money to be lost, be sure to send with DPD.

Am platit transportul si a trebuit tot eu sa merg la depozit ca sa imi iau pachetul. O alta firma de curierat care nu respecta conditiile contractului conform Codului Civil art.1976. O sa depun reclamatie si la ONPC

De toată jena! Au preluat un colet din București miercuri după-amiază, a doua zi la ora 8 seara abia a ajuns, tot în București, la centrul de expediere. Vineri la ora 17 încă nu a ajuns la locker, care se află tot în București. O fi așa de greu să livrezi un colet, în același oraș? Chiar ai nevoie de 3 zile? Nu știu cum fac cei de la Fan Curier de reușesc să facă livrările de pe o zi pe alta! Poate iau lecții de la ei, căci sigur au nevoie!
Ar mai avea nevoie și de angajate mai bine pregătite la costumer support. Cele pe care le au acum, sunt depășite de situație.

Courier does not answer, paid for delivery at location and the courier calls me to go at a different location in order to pick up my package. Do not use this company it s horrible.

Worst delivery company in Romania. I always had issues with them. The curier calls, hangs up the call then marks the delivery as attempted. Never delivered during working hours.

te cauta ca iti livreaza comanda azi si cand colo nu te mai suna si nici nu vin sa ia comanda. pe mail si la telefon nu dai de ei. trebuie pusa protectia consumatorilor pe ei. la awb scrie ca nu au dat de mine... tot ei nu ai dat de mine...ce ironic..

alta comanda asemanatoare mi-a fost anulata pe motiv ca adresa incorecta...cum acum e corecta si atunci nu era?este aceeasi adresa...pare ca baga tot felu de motive sa nu isi faca treaba
