Hard to contact them and they don’t care for your parcel !
They will say wrong address , lazy courier .

Am comandat un colet de mare valoare, s-a livrat cu aceasta firma de curierat. Coletul a ajuns in localitatea din apropiere, dupa 3 zile inca nu era scanat/sortat. Ne-au informat de la sediul central ca trebuie sa asteptam si we-ul si poate abia luni o sa se livreze (o intarziere de 5 zile deja). Cei de la sediul local ne-au urat o zi buna si au inchis telefonul. Ne-am oferit sa mergem sa il ridicam noi, dar nu au fost de acord. Cele mai proaste servicii de curierat din Romania!! Cat despre domnisoara de la Call Center...mai ca nu m-a certat ca nu stiu ca livrarea se face numai luni in aceasta localitate!!! Evitati pe cat posibil livrarea cu DPD!!!

The worst ever!! Avoid it!

Niste mizeri , colet trimis intern in data de 06:09:2024 nu a ajuns pana in data de 19:09:2024 . Motivul eticheta rupta coletul a fost blocat in depozit cu toate ca avea nr de awb si putea fi identificat destinatarul sau expeditorul pentru a rezolva situati, nu s-au obosit sa sune , cine stie poate nu il revendica nimeni si cine a rupt eticheta devine propietar de drept al coletului

A friend from Netherlands sent me a package, thing is she forgot to write my name and phone number on it.
I watched tracking as time went by and then I see "tried delivery but failed incomplete adress". I called them, gave them my name and phone number, fortunately, this lady was very nice and undersating.
However this is where things go wrong:
1. The next day it shows it has been returned to the warehouse.
2. The day after that I redirect it to my address (the same as before) but I also add my e-mail address.
3. The next Monday I call them (DPD Romania) and after waiting at least 8 minutes someone picks up, I tell them what's the issue and they connect me to the "International customer service" where I get instantly hung up.
4. I reach out again, by writing an email in a polite manner about it, and I get a reply with "We hurried up your delivery / we selected urgent delivery for you"
5. I look again at tracking, it shows delivery canceled for 5 days (before 2 minutes of the reply I got on the email)
6. I call their complaint number, and got hung up again.
7. I wrote a complain email about that lady.
8. I won't hesitate to reach out to authorities if I don't receive my package.

In conclusion, don't think they care about their clients. They tell you they hurry your delivery while they actually selected to cancel it for 5 days.

After dozens or maybe more successful deliveries of parcels, in some years' time from various parcel companies, including lots of deliveries from outside the country, I get to this.

DPD Romania is a garbage company. And I say as a very understanding person. Some times, among the dozens or more orders I received (from various parcel companies), there have been maybe 3-4 situations at most in total, but NONE like this below! Not once has a package been reported as "delivered", while not having been delivered to me. Nor have I found a parcel company more awful than this one when it comes to communication!

In short:
1. I received an SMS about the delivery taking place that day.
2. I went to the SMS link and updated the delivery for the next day. I get an in-page notification that on the morning of the next day
3. I receive no other information, email or communication from them.
4. In the evening of that day, I just look out of curiosity in the AWB link. Guess what - my already paid for parcel has been DELIVERED! But not to me.
5. The next morning, of course, I don't receive any message. I reach their call center twice at least, to reach the courier (which you cannot reach directly!!), and they say they can't reach themselves the courier.
6. Also, that morning (30 Aug) I send emails to two email addresses of them, including one for complaints, from which I get an automated email, that it has been received.
7. NOTHING happens, as of now, Sep 4 morning! And this is something very serious, as by all means it can be easily considered "theft".

Execrabil! Coletul meu a fost blocat in locker 3 zile! Doua zile echipa din call center a fost efectiv inutila in ceea ce priveste REZOLVAREA acestei situatii, comunicarea intre departamentele lor este putin spus deficitara. Interes fata de client 0(ZERO)! Au delegat curierul in ziua de vineri la ora 16:00 sa scoata coletul dintr-un locker blocat din cauza unei erori tehnice… situatie pentru care evident ca nu era calificat.
Mentionez ca a fost facuta sesizare, s-a comunicat exact acea eroare atat telefonic cat si pe email unde au fost atasate poze si filmari DEGEABA.
Am rezolvat singura in ziua de sambata prin contactarea furnizorului de lockere ParcelHive👍🏼

Cel mai prost serviciu de curierat pe care l-am intalnit in 34 ani de activitate comerciala. Incompetenti! Nesimtiti! Mincinosi! Ultima experiență in august 2024: suna curierul la ora 16 ca aduce pachetul. La 17,40 sună sa spuna ca aduce pachetul. Vad masina de la fereastră. Șoferul pleacă si nu aduce coletul. Il sun, imi spune ca a trebuit sa plece, ca o sa vina. Este18,03, abia acum a venit
Nu înțeleg cum de asemenea firma de curierat poate exista si poate avea in continuare clienti!

Pe 21 august, fara sa am idee cand in decursul acestei zile poate fi livrata comanda, la ora 19:30 am primit un singur apel pe care l-am ratat de la curier. Pt ca nu am raspuns acestui apel gata, procedura e sa ridic coletului din MOGOSOAIA INTR-O ZI LUCRATOARE PANA LA ORA 16!!!!

ULTIMATE USELESSNESS OF A COMPANY!

THEY LITERALLY TRIED TO STEAL MY 2000€ SHIPPING BY MAKING THE ADRESS SCRUMBLED ONCE IT GOT TO ROMANIA

Filled in multiple Forms and Emails to try and reach out to somebody.

They told me 3 days in a row that SOMEBODY SHOULD BE ON THE ADDRESS BECAUSE THE PACKAGE IS GOING TO BE DELIVERED TODAY.

3 DAYS LATER NO PACKAGE ARRIVED.

You should be literally banned from the Romanian market.

Worst delivery company.

They are unable to deliver packages. Which is what a delivery company does, maybe they should look up the definition of delivery. They pollute the earth for absolutely no reason.

Iti livreaza coletul doar daca au ei chef. Bineinteles depinde de zona si in ce zi a saptamanii se face livrarea. Daca este vineri, ai toate sansele ca, coletul tau sa se intoarca in depozit. Si va trebui sa mergi tu sa il ridici ca iei nu o sa ti-l mai livreze

Worst delivery firm that I have ever interacted with! They called me, I answered, for 5 seconds and a robot told me that Dpd is calling and then they closed the call immediately.
I couldn’t call back and after 1 minute I received a mesage saying that delivery failed, I hope that you’re going bankrupt!

Yesterday, they attempted delivery to a wrong address. I informed the courier about the correct address, he confirmed that he had corrected the address and that I would receive the package the next day, but today the courier called through a switchboard number, nothing could be heard, and then I received a message that the delivery could not be made. I called customer service and found out that even today they were trying to deliver to the initial address, and only after insisting did they tell me that they could not contact the courier because the line was busy and that I would receive the package tomorrow, the third day... I will avoid them at all costs in the future.

They had 3 packages to deliver, each day they forgot a package. It takes them close to 2 weeks to deliver a package in the same city. And if you want to contact them - you cannot, even after 2 hours they still dont answer that damn phone.

Superficial attitude. They inform by a sms that the delivery couldn't be done, but they don't call or come to the address. The phone number from the sms is forwarded and unreachable. Avoid them as much as possible

Cel mai rău curier, șoferii nu sună la ușă îți lasă doar hârtie în poștă și pleacă.
O experiență neplăcută cu DPD de-a dreptul revoltătoare!

le-as da 0 stele de as putea, astept de 3 saptamani sa imi vina un colet si l-au trimis in BRAGADIRU pe motivul de adresa incompleta, cand nu e asa. Nici macar un telefon nu am primit. Numai experiente proaste cu oamenii astia.

Every time for 8 months now the shipment arrives to a different address and we need to call them and wait 15-20 minutes to speak to them on the phone so they can deliver it to the right address.

Our dog that has epilepsy arrive his treatment one week later and because of this he had seizures.

All our shipments arrive with a delay of minimum one week and lots of frustration.

We ask on notes for each shipment we buy “please do not send the shipment with DPD”.

We talked to someone from DPD and they told us that their Google maps where the shipment gets the pin is broken and it will take minimum 2 years to fix it.

We even complaint on their email and they said that they can’t do anything.

I do not recommend their services.
