Absolutely in love with my Haunted Mansion Scentsy Burner! Perfect addition to my collection. Fantastic service from Josh at Double Boxed Toys who even upgraded my delivery! Would highly recommend them!

Brilliant service, item delivered early had a lovely email from Josh to let me know it was on its way 😁

First time using this company but definitely won’t be the last. My order came earlier than expected, Josh fully informed me that it was being dispatched earlier and upgraded my delivery. Can’t wait for payday to get more lovely stuff!

Great product at a great price, Josh from the team made sure my order was out as fast as possible and it’s things like that that make the difference, thanks very much again

Brilliant work by Josh ensuring my order was shipped to me as soon as possible having had to order the items from America he’s taken care of everything! Thanks again

Great site for all nerd stuff! got my moon knight loungefly for the best price and through clearpay! Josh handled my order and i couldn’t be more happy with the service! 10/10 will be back to purchase more!

Wanted a Loungefly bag that I thought was only available from a specific shop in the US that wouldn't deliver to the UK and was so happy to find it on Double Boxed Toys. I ordered it and assumed it would take at least a month to get here, but came within a couple of weeks, and Josh from DBT hurried my shipment after it arrived in the country to get it to me within another couple of days. Really great service, very communicative, and fantastic choices of products! Would highly recommend!

Amazing and fast service. Josh was absolutely brilliant. I received my purchase so quickly. We are a Disney mad family so I will definitely be ordering again Thank you Josh

Excellent service as always from Double Boxed Toys. Josh always goes out of his way to provide an amazing service. My recent purchase arrived in just a few days. Thank you to all involved. I’m looking forward to future purchases.

Excellent customer service and communication. My items were delivered very quickly, and I had changed my order to add another item. Where Josh was amazing and helped with adding item and also getting item sent out to me even faster than expected. Would highly recommend this store and also thank you Josh for being great. Thank you.

I’ve ordered from Double Boxed toys a couple of times now and have always experienced great customer service. The products have come earlier than expected and have been kept in touch with regarding my order. Thanks especially to Josh. Great place to get my Disney merchandise!

I received my item yesterday, ahead of the scheduled delivery time. Josh emailed me and gave me an update on my order. The customer service was excellent, my item arrived well packaged and in excellent time. Couldn’t ask for better. Thank you

Contacted Double Boxed Toys to see if they had an item I wanted in stock, they had one coming in. I ordered on Tuesday and I received it today, cant fault them, great communication and service. Will definitely buy from again. Thanks Josh.

Fast Delivery and excellent service! Josh, who looked after my order, kept me updated by email, which was greatly appreciated.

Josh was so kind and helpful to look after my package. Thank you for taking care of the items!!! It is much appreciated!

Items can be expensive compared to what you would spend in store, but the delivery is fast, reliable and nothing has ever arrived damaged. It's a great site for park exclusive items that can't be purchased here in Europe.

Disgusting customer service from this company, not responding to emails, making condescending remarks and treating me like an idiot.

I asked when my order will be delivered, I get mansplained what a working day is. I ask what is my estimated delivery date, I get told “21 working days is 3 weeks”.

I can NOT believe how I’ve been treated after spending a significant amount of money. Can’t say I’ll ever shop here again.

Ordered on Wednesday afternoon, arrived in perfect condition two days later. Josh, who looked after my order, kept me updated by email, which was greatly appreciated.
Glad they use Royal Mail and not a certain courier company whose drivers like to abandon packages in unsafe places!
