I've ordered the Loungefly Lady Plush Cosplay Backpack, the transaction was absolutely amazing. Great quality bag and huge thanks to Josh who was looking after my order. He kept me updated and rushed my order, so I got it very quickly. Thank you guys!

I’ve bought from double boxed toys multiple times and always happy with their service .
Thank you to Josh who managed to upgrade my delivery and so my order came the next day. I’m so happy with my loungefly bag .

Fast service always kept me up to date about my order. Josh was very helpful when needed

I requested an item from America and they had listed it within a few hours. Josh was very accommodating and got my item to me as soon as possible with top notch customer service. Would definitely recommend this site!

I ordered the Loungefly Snowman Hoodie as l love snowmen . I was really sad that it wouldn’t arrive until 8th February. However, Yesterday l had an email from Josh saying my item had arrived and he was posting it . It arrived today , l can’t thank Josh enough for the excellent customer service . Thank you one happy customer.

Can’t fault the service from DBT… ordered 2 WDW starbucks cups (seperate orders). Both orders looked after by Josh, really good communication from start to finish, the 2nd order he rushed through for me as needed for a gift. Both cups arrived well packaged and they are AMAZING!!! thankyou ( especially Josh)

DBT offer actual customer service... not just the bare minimum, above and beyond each and every time. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone 🙌🏻

Shocking customer service. Item arrived damaged and dented in, it also had numerous scratches all over the front of it. I ordered this collectable item at a cost of £100 and it had zero bubble wrap around it to protect it. I sent them pictures of the damage, but they were not interested and said that I needed to read the terms and conditions as they couldn't guarantee mint condition and had to be severely damaged to be able to swap out. Good condition would have been nice!

I will not shop with Double boxed toys ever again

Great quality bag, so happy with my purchase, I love it and thanks to Josh who was looking after my order. Josh got my order out and delivered to me super fast and because of that I would be more than happy to order from here again 😊 highly recommend

Josh made the whole experience easy. Great communication and updates throughout. Plus the personal touch of the email with a prioritised delivery made it even better. This is about my 4th or 5th time using DBT and won’t be my last!! Thanks

First time order with them as was losing hope with another international delivery from before Christmas.

Josh and the team lived up to recent reviews. I was patient with their Quick Pick item system and it paid off, my Loungefly arrived in great shape with a great placement as a bonus. Josh was communicative a week on from ordering and kept me informed of delivery which was reassuring. A day later it arrived.

Won’t go anywhere else for direct parks merch in the future!
Thank you DBT.

Amazing! My delivery came so quickly and I am so pleased with my new Disney Starbucks tumbler. A shout out to Josh for keeping me updated with my order - thank you very much!

Great find today - Double boxed Toys have all sorts that just are not available in this country usually! Great service, as many have mentioned, Josh is doing a great job in dispatch.

This is the second time I have used this company, I only found them a few months ago. It certainly will not be the last time I use them as they are fantastic! I would like to mention Josh for handling my order which I received today as he upgraded my delivery free of charge and looked after my order to ensure I received my items as soon as possible! Excellent customer service. I can’t wait to order again.
