Immediate & Helpful Customer Service
Immediately upon my inquiry I received a response from Carolina, that was not a standard “we have received your inquiry & will get back” but instead was a substantive response with applicable and helpful information. Additionally, the following day I receive another follow up from Adrian regarding my inquiry where even more helpful information about the shipping and delivery process was provided, with next steps and alternative options if I was not satisfied. As informed by customer service reps, my package arrived within the coming day or two and they also responded to confirm that the issue from my inquiry was resolved.

Watch out for their scam
Love their perfumes, unfortauntely they have slimy business practices and automatically enroll you in their $40/month subscription when you’re making a single purchase. Beware and do not buy from them.

Customer service was great
Customer service was great. I was requesting an exchange and they were very helpful. Several email exchanges and they were always kind and willing to help. Unfortunately the item was on sale so come to find out I could not exchange it after all per their policy which is clearly stated, so it was my mistake. I will stick with the scents that I already know I like next time. Viorel was top notch.
