What Real Customer Service Looks Like
I placed a couple of orders around Thanksgiving and Christmas and was just getting around to using one of the fragrances from the order. Instead of a mist the bottle was spaying a stream. I reached out to customer service to see if it was too late to possibly sent back for a replacement. I was asked to submit a video showing what the bottle was doing. I received a kind response, with the option of a refund on replacement. Of course I wanted a replacement and received it a few days later. This is what I call going above an beyond for a customer!
