I'm not a long-term relationship person, except with Dossier...
I became a customer several years ago and love everything I buy. I'm chemical sensitive and these are PERFECT for me. PERFECT. They're also perfect for the pocketbook! I buy them for me but also for my husband and our sons. "I am nearly out of my Metallique can you hit the mall?" I've found the Holy Grail... "No, but I'll order it from Dossier and save us $250-$275!" No difference. Same compliments at meetings, same confidence builder for the wearer." Dossier is the ONLY WAY. If you've not tried it, what are you waiting for? You won't be sorry. But wait... it gets better... you gather points with each purchase and they add up FAST. Want to feel better, smell better, and save money? Dossier... Full disclosure... I am a technological-dinosaur. Occasionally I order incorrectly, I cannot figure out how I use my purchase points for free selections... I order two of something... CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THE RESCUE and you hear back quickly, from a human not a "Thanks for reaching out! You'll hear from us within 24-48 hours" sort of approach. I cannot recommend them highly enough, I cannot (and I am one of those VERY DIFFICULT TO PLEASE consumers). You won't be sorry and you'll smell divine!

Ich wollte ein Parfum von zwei zurückschicken weil es mir einfach nicht gefallen hat, weil ich das vorher auch nicht kannte und der Kunden Support hat innerhalb von wirklich kürzester Zeit geantwortet mir sogar das Geld erstattet und mir erlaubt das Parfum zu behalten, was ich verschenken werde, dass überhaupt nicht meins ist. Aber ich muss sagen ich hab selten so einen guten Kunden Support erlebt das zweite Parfum was ich behalte riecht super ist nichts für mich aber meine Tochter liebt es und sie hat es zur Schule getragen und meinte das als sie nach Hause gekommen ist, ist immer noch auf ihrer Haut zu riechen war da können teilweise echt die Marken Parfums gar nicht mithalten. Mir ist Kunden Support super wichtig deshalb ist war’s mir auch wichtig hier eine gute Bewertung zu hinterlassen, weil es kann ja immer mal sein, dass man nicht zufrieden ist mit dem Duft oder einfach das einfach nicht zu einem passt aber ich finde es ist immer super schwierig gerade in solchen Onlineshops etwas zurückzugeben und ich bin begeistert. Ich werde hier auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen.

J'ai fais une première commande sur Dossier il y a quelques temps et j'ai eu un souci au moment du paiement avec Google qui n'a pas changé comme je le voulais mon adresse de livraison. Comme c'est un cadeau je voulais pas que ça arrive chez ma mère bien évidemment x). Et au lieu d'annuler ma commande, ils m'ont proposé de leur transmettre par mail la bonne adresse et ils s'en sont occupés sans soucis, très rapidement. Et voilà j'ai reçu mon parfum :) Merci beaucoup à l'équipe, SAV réactif et super sympa 👍🏻

I honestly have to take a moment to give Dossier’s customer service the recognition they deserve. I’ve never experienced customer service this good before. It was already 12 AM where I am, and when I reached out for help, they responded immediately. I was genuinely shocked! Their customer service is absolutely amazing and truly goes above and beyond.
And the fragrances themselves? WOW. I’m a serious fragrance lover and I own quite a few original designer and niche fragrances, so I’m not someone who is easily impressed.
But Dossier really surprised me.
Ambery Saffron in particular blew me away. Honestly, I enjoy it even more than MFK Baccarat Rouge 540 Extrait. The quality, the scent profile, and the overall experience are seriously impressive.
I’m sharing this because I genuinely think other fragrance lovers should give Dossier a try. Even if you already own a lot of OG fragrances, don’t underestimate Dossier.
If you’re a fragrance lover, give Dossier a chance—you might be seriously surprised by how good these fragrances are. ❤️
Dossier has definitely earned a new fan in me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ive been a member for a year now
Ive been a member for a year now. Shopping and ordering is an easy process. The scent selection is great and they're incredibly quality, especially for the price. The 2 times ive had trouble with ordering/checkout, customer service was quick to reply and help! Good customer service makes all the difference!

I absolutely LOVE the fragrances of Ford by Dossier. Automatic Watermelon was my first one and every I put it on people tell me that they follow me because the smell makes you want to keep on smelling it because it smells clean.

Good products, but watch for unintentional subscription
Products and customer service were excellent. Watch out for their paid subscription service -- I was somehow signed up unintentionally (it was easy to cancel though).

Scammers
Scammers! They trick you into a $40/month subscription you don’t want. Then they tell you they’ll apply the payments to a future purchase at checkout, as well as discounts. Except you get to the checkout and the credit does not show up and the discounts disappear.

Saved my son Birthday!
I cannot thank Dossier enough for their outstanding customer service! I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address when placing my order. As soon as I realized my mistake, I reached out to their support team. They jumped into action immediately, intercepted the shipment, and made sure the package was safely redirected to my correct address. Thanks to their quick response and efficiency, the package arrived just in time for my son's birthday. The product is amazing, but their helpful and caring team is what truly blew me away. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I like that the company helped me with a shipping problem. Uni uni has an AI chatbot that was not helpful. Dossier was able to resolve my issue using real people and not AI chat bots.
