My order was still processing 2 weeks later and emailed them. They returned email quickly and offered to replace or refund. Great communication and quick response! Would definitely order from them again!

I order from Dossier and am always happy with the order. Recently, I placed an order by mistake (was checking the final price but clicked confirm order on the checkout screen). Instantly, I contacted Dossier customer support to cancel the order, and they very kindly and quickly cancelled my order without any hassle. Amazing customer service!

I ordered online but got the address wrong and I wrote them via email and in 10 minutes they had already solved my issue! Incredible customer service.

Dossier is one of my favorite scent companies online. I have 73 different scents from them and several backup bottles of my favorites. Customer service has been amazing. I had only one perfume I didn't like and they were super gracious about that situation offering an immediate solution. Also, a few times I placed an order and then found out I needed to travel and they sent my package quickly before I had to leave. Great company. I'll ALWAYS place orders for the rest of my life!!

Every scent we have ordered is unique in its own way. We love them all. Pairing them has also been a lot of fun. The scent is strong and it lasts all day. I’m rarely have to spray a second time. We are very pleased and will be ordering again soon.

I received an order that was not mine (I received my order without any issues) and reached out to let Dossier know. Their response was prompt and professional. I was happy with my order, but also happy with their customer service.

Great costumer service!

Ordered some perfumes and then saw a few days later that they were having a sale and I was still within my return window and had not even opened the boxes. I asked if they could do anything for me on the price given this situation and they said no. I found this bizarre because I could actually just return these for no fee and place a new order with the sale and get more for the same money; so that's exactly what I did. They donate the returned perfumes to charity so in the end, I got more for my money and the charity got something but I just find it an odd approach from the business when it would have made more sense and less waste to just give me a partial refund for the price difference in the sale.

In terms of the perfumes themselves, I am not sure if it is the specific ones I got or an issue with the dossier brand but I don't find them very strong and have to reapply several times during the day. If I ever order one of their perfumes with a higher scent intensity and experience this I'll know and will post another review.

I had a defective nozzle on my cologne bottle and all I had to do was send a video via WhatsApp to show Dossier the problem and once confirmed they replaced it. They stand behind what they sell...that means alot

I absolute love Dossier's products, but what has really stood out to me has been their support team. Anytime I have had to reach out, the Representatives are always so friendly and informative. It's rare to come across such amazing, consistent Customer Service, but I am incredibly grateful for the Dossier team for always being so kind and willing to help.

Fantastic customer service, the way it should be. The go the extra mile to assure clients are in good hands. My favorite scent is the woody sandalwood, it smells fantastic! I will keep buying it forever this one!

My first experience with Dossier was nothing short of exceptional. My order was placed on the 26th shipped lightning-fast & arrived on the 28th, and when a premature delivery scan caused a brief scare, their support team replied within minutes (literally) minutes with practical, helpful steps. The package arrived safely an hour later, but their rapid, genuinely kind response blew me away.
Combine that top-tier customer service with incredible scents and an unbeatable price point, and Dossier easily ranks as one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Absolutely unmatched! I can't wait to order again!

Wonderful customer service.

I love the fragrances themselves, but I've experienced major issues with package delivery. My orders shipped via OnTrac have repeatedly been left in completely unsecured areas, requiring me to rely entirely on neighbors bringing packages to my door just to actually receive them.
When I reached out to customer support to provide feedback about the recurring delivery vulnerability with this specific carrier, I was simply told that they use an automated system and wash their hands of any responsibility for who delivers their products.
While customer service did eventually process a replacement for a missing package, refusing to acknowledge or look into carrier reliability means I will unfortunately be taking my business elsewhere until they partner with more reliable shipping services.
