I blind bought five perfumes and loved them! They last well on my skin, the dry downs are always amazing! I also had a question about my order, sent an email, and got a very quick and helpful response! The customer service and the perfumes are amazing! I will definitely be purchasing more!

Dossier makes the best high quality perfume dupes at such an affordable cost. They are my go-to for new perfumes! I have also received excellent customer service on more than one occasion. I had a shipping issue previously and a return issue most recently and they were able to resolve the problem so easily and quickly for me. There were no hoops to jump through, they just took care of me. It’s how all customer service departments should operate!

. The perfumes smell absolutely wonderful and are so affordable! I’ve been wearing Ambery Saffron for years, and I’m constantly getting compliments about how good I smell and being asked what perfume I’m wearing. A little goes a long way, so each bottle lasts a long time. I truly love these perfumes and will continue purchasing them!

I contacted Dossier and Valentin was very helpful and on point in getting all the info I needed to locate my order package. It was quick with their response and given me the information I needed. I love citrus tea, which is one of your products. I have already used one bottle and tried to order another bottle. It got mixed up with getting me under some sort of contract for a monthly payment and monthly receipt of product, which I did not want. I think that has worked out. I hope so I do not want under contract for anything. I do want to continue ordering citrus tea from your company when I need it.
The carrier was a little bit slow in getting it to me. And that was a concern. But I finally got it. And I had just run out of the one bottle that I had ordered.

I’ve ordered from Dossier several times now, and I am continually impressed by the quality of their fragrances. The scents are rich, complex, and last all day without feeling overpowering. It’s an incredible way to enjoy high-end inspired aromas without the ridiculous price tag.

On top of the amazing perfumes, their customer service is spot on. I did have a minor issue with one of my orders getting delayed/mixed up, but their support team handled it immediately and resolved the problem with zero hassle. It's rare to find a company that delivers both luxury-level products and genuinely dependable customer care. Highly recommend!

Very quick response time

Purchased ‘— Saffron’ and ‘Citrus Matcha’. Both smell cheap. Unable to return them and cringe at the thought of another spray. Going straight in the trash. Wouldn’t recommend.
