Great customer service one of the best experiences I’ve had with a company they truly take care of their customers

I had an issue when checking out and I reached out to Dossier around 5am and to my surprise I got a response within minutes. Mind you this is on a Saturday also. I am very much impressed with the customer service and the quality of the perfume. I have experience with the real colognes and I am appalled at how well Dossier is able to not only mimick the scent but also with how long it last. The bottle is also amazing with magnets for an elegant touch.

I've ordered from the Dossier website several times, but I moved between my last two orders and forgot to update my address. I reached out to the help line, Robert responded immediately and was able to update my shipping info and my order was sent the same morning!

The delivery was seamlessly and reasonable so I will always use your scent because they are fire and the ladies love it!!!!

I am a dossier member and have done multiple purchases. The perfumes are great impressions, typically last 5 - 7 hrs on my skin. If you spray on your clothes, you still smell the scents the next day. I like that you can do a blind buy and return if you don't like the scent. Returns are fairly easy as a dossier member. I love the options Dossier gives me at a fraction of the cost and have gifted family

While I did have an issue where a sample arrived damaged and leaking in the box, everything else was packaged well and arrived as expected. The scents have been great and its been a doorway to explore more inspirations that I would have been financially hesitant to spend on in the store.

Los perfumes llegaron extremadamente rápido, tan rápido que cuando llegaron pensé que era un error, no estaba esperando que nada llegara en esa fecha, casi de la noche a la mañana ya los había recibido. 2. El empaque es impecable, muy seguro, solo 1 de ellos llegó sin el marco de adentro que lo protege, aún así, intacto. 3. Pedí ayuda personalizada por correo y la atención fue brindada inmediatamente, ya era tarde, no esperaba que me contestaran, pero antes de despertar, su asesora Eva ya tenía una respuesta para mi. 4. La ayuda que pedí fue para algo fuera de las condiciones, pues por un tema personal no pude devolver a tiempo, trabajo en un banco y entiendo que términos y condiciones son claros, los aceptas y te acatas a respetarlos, el equipo de Dossier fue más que comprensivo y me apoyó en todo momento incluyendo cada duda que tenía. 5. El reembolso fue instantáneo, sé que puede tardar días en llegar, no tenía problema, mi sorpresa fue ver que en cuanto el estatus de los perfumes devueltos fue recibido/completado, en menos de 24h, el dinero estaba ya en mi cuenta de banco. Una empresa impecable que no dudo, volveré a comprar con ustedes. Gracias a Eva y Adriana, quienes me acompañaron en el proceso, súbanles el sueldo y denles 1 day off!
