DoNotAge.org Anmeldelser

Do not age has great products and great customer service agents, who are always willing to help.
Their products aren't cheap, but they are of high quality, and 3rd party tested which is very important to me.

Clean, certified supplements, and excellent support

i am impressed ordered from DoNotAge.org in the UK 3 days later it was in my hand in NewZealand NOW THATS SERVICE

DONOTAGE has the best over all products. I have used their supplements and in comparison with others, I find they are far superior. They not only have superior products but they have done the research to stand behind each one.

Amazing company. I've been buying from them for 2 years. I like the quality. I like the pricing. I like that they invest in R&D and studies. Their customer service is top notch. I always had a great experience with them.

Many Thanks Paige
Appreciate your follow through

I ordered one pack, then was tricked into ordering a second plus a pack of SIRT6 Activator. Tried to cancel only to be told the order had been shipped. The order then took over 3 weeks to arrive and is was wrong. No SIRT6 just 2 PureNMN, so I am £49.99 out of pocket. Customer service of this site and the site itself leave little to be desired. Strongly advise against ordering from them.

Although I love the purity and affectedness of the products I’ve purchased, your customer support is what keeps me coming back. Excellent service.

When you select the 183g NMN powder, the product page clearly says “Save up to 43% with subscription.”

Naturally, I expected that to apply to this product. But when switching to subscription, the saving is nowhere near that.

For example, 2×183g (366g) one-time purchase is €288 (€0.79/g), while the 1-year subscription (365g) is €269 (€0.74/g) — only about 6.6% cheaper, not 43%.

The way it’s presented when selecting the 183g product is very misleading, since the advertised saving simply isn’t possible for that product. Support confirmed the 43% only applies to some items, but the website doesn’t make this clear. Very non-transparent.

After pointing this out, I was only offered a 10% general discount code. For new purchases. How about establishing trust first, before new purchases?

Did not received the order yet.

1-Excellent customer service. 2-products that are thoroughly researched and tested for purity. 3- noticed improved strength and stamina when working out since taking NMN and TMG.

I have been using Do Not Age products for over two years...I am so impressed with the products! I skipped a couple of months when my subscriptions ended...I was busy and forgot to reorder. It didn't take long for my arthritis to start acting up and I was feeling sluggish and mentally not quite as sharp. I recently received the products I have come to depend on and, thankfully, I am feeling better already.
I have communicated with the customer service team several times and they have responded quickly, professionally and very friendly! My kind of team!

Ordered 14 days ago, but only arrived and been using for 4 days.

Haven’t felt anything near the claims stated!

Always great customer service! Quality service and products

My first order with your company was fantastic—everything arrived in perfect condition, and I was genuinely impressed. However, my recent experience initially left me concerned. The NMN tablets in my latest order appeared discoloured, which raised some alarm.

I reached out to your customer support team via email twice but didn’t receive a response right away. This delay led me to assume that the level of customer service might not match the efficiency of your order processing, and I began to feel disappointed.

However, once I did receive a reply, my perception completely changed. Paige, the Customer Service Manager, personally took ownership of my issue. She addressed my concerns with genuine care, walked me through the resolution process step by step, and kept me informed throughout. Her professionalism and dedication turned what started as a frustrating experience into a truly positive one.

I now realise that I may have jumped to conclusions too quickly. A key takeaway for me is to allow a bit more time for the support team to respond before forming an opinion or posting a review. They clearly take customer concerns seriously and work diligently to resolve them.

Thank you again to Paige and the entire support team for your outstanding service.

Absolutely love this company!
Any time I have a question (and I have many) get a response within 24hrs, most of the time less! When using supplements, looking for that 3rd party testing and purity…this company checks all the boxes with their products.

Good service. Fast shipping. On one occasion, one of the products arrived slightly damaged, and after contacting them, they sent me the damaged product again.

The parcel's delivery company was given misleading information about its status, and support provided assistance.

I have been using supplements for many years. I can definitely say that "do not age" is one of the best manufacturers and suppliers I have used. And for sure, the best service and attitude.
