We are also referred to as ‘Dolphin Devon Stairlifts’. Being an approved agent for many of the largest manufacturers in the industry including Stannah, Wessex, Access, Stiltz homelifts, Platinum, Terry Lifts and Bruno means we can provide the right product for your individual requirements at the best price. We’re not tied to one manufacturer or one type of stairlift; so no matter what your requirement, we can find the right solution for you and your home. Our team prides itself on being highly professional whilst offering that personal touch and warmth which comes naturally from a family-run business. We care that you have the right stairlift or lifting solution fitted to meet your individual needs and with over 25 years’ experience, we are confident in the advice we give and the work we do. We don’t employ sales people to carry out our free surveys – just trained engineer surveyors who are not paid on a commission basis. So there’s no hard sell from us and we never outstay our welcome. As well as catering for individuals in their home Dolphin Devon Stairlifts works with Local Authority and Professional Care Providers including; Devon County Council, Exeter City Council, Plymouth City Council, Torridge District Council, Torbay Council, South Hams District Council, Westward Housing Association, Cornerstone, Guinness Trust, LiveWest and Pluss Home Improvement Services.

Recent annual service
Recent annual service of nearly 10 year old stairlift performed quickly and efficiently. We made enquiries about replacing the seat which was getting a bit worn and the company indicated that they had refurbished units available at a decent saving from new.

All the staff & engineers are so helpful & a very quick response when I had a problem with the stair lift.
I would recommend Dolphin of Crediton to all who need to put in a stair lift so that they can stay in their home.

My stair lift stopped working
My stair lift stopped working. It was Friday night just going to bed 22.00 hrs. Had to call out engineer
He was just home after another call out but he was kind polite cared about my need to get up to bed. About an hour later he left

The kind and efficient staff made this process so easy for me. I was nervous about getting and using my stairlift but the admin team on the phone, the surveyor who came to my house and the engineer who installed the lift made the whole experience so simple. Everything was explained and I am thrilled with my new stairlift.
