I received my first order super quick and all packed securely. I was very sceptical about the price for the petticoats but was thrilled when I got them out. I bought 3 in different colours and I love them. Now saving to buy more. Excellent.

Really nice clothes but took 2.5 months to refund me for a dress I returned which is really not acceptable.

Brilliant company. I had an issue with their discount code not working upon checkout. I emailed and within a day they had already sorted the problem and refunded me the difference.

Wow! I have always loved the retro styles and finally decided to treat myself to an outfit. After much searching I ordered the Claudia 50's Dress in White Cherry Dot Print with a red petticoat! I ordered the wrong size but once I receive my size, wow! What a stunning dress! I've never felt so pretty and feminine and the petticoat just feels amazing and adds volume and extra femininity! I’ve bought several dresses from Dolly and Dotty and the quality of the is great. On my most recent order I made a mistake and chose the wrong size. With the chat function I was able to contact them and in minutes they had confirmed they’d corrected the mistake and split my order too so I got things asap. Just wonderful service

I recently discovered this brand and fell in love with their super adorable prints.
I wanted to buy two Amanda dresses (Green Woodland and Yorkie print) but they were already gone from pre order so I contacted them through messenger to find out when they would be online. They were very kind and helpful. I’m in the Netherlands and they don’t usually ship to the Netherlands due to customs but they helped me so that I could buy the two dresses. They arrived this week and I love them. I love the fit, it’s very comfortable and flattering. The fabric is nice and soft and the prints are just something I’ve always wanted but never could find. I’m 1.72 and I wear a size Small. Super comfy and it makes me happy to wear these dresses. I would definitely recommend if you want something very cute and comfy!

I have ordered from Dolly and Dotty before so I was excited to buy something in the sale. There was an unfortunate delay in getting my item, but Dolly and Dotty's customer service was absolutely excellent. They responded quickly and sent a new item straight away, using express delivery at no extra charge.
