I ordered a Hu Tao Cosplay (SR Version, Size M), the wig to it and the shoes (Size 38-39).
As mentioned in their product description, it could take a few months until the cos arrived. Surprisingly the clothes came after a month. Shipping to Germany went without problems and the Quality of the Cosplay is very good. The whole order was seperated in two packages, because the shoes in my size weren't available at that moment (Presale).
After unboxing the clothes of the first package, I noticed that the socks are missing.
I contacted the customer service and told them about the missing piece. They apologized for it and put it in the second package with the shoes together.
These arrived four months after ordering. The socks were also there.

Normally I have Size S. But according to the size chart I had to choose between S or M. I am 164cm in Height and have 48kg in weight, so I ordered M. Which was the right decision, because it fits my body shape. S might have been too small.
The shoes fit also.

J'ai commandé un costume de Keqing. Le costume est de bonne qualité, quelques pièces se sont cassées mais sont facilement réparable avec le tube de colle chaude fournie.
Les costumes sont en tailles asiatiques (= + petits que les tailles européennes), pensez bien à utilisez le tableau de mesure. Et si la taille que vous obtenez est entre 2 tailles, prenez la + grande des 2. Le site répond assez rapidement aux questions posées.
Le site te fournit un lien pour suivre ton colis. Les frais de port sont un peu cher vu que c'est expédié depuis la Chine.
Un site que je recommande.

Costumes are smaller than usual - I’ve used other sites with similar designs plenty of times (mostly Miccostumes) but I find the costumes from dokidoki to be unreasonably small. I even went a few sizes up and still the costume was too small and too short - dress didn’t even cover half of my bum (I’m only 5’2”). Just bad.

The customer service is no good. I emailed them because my parcel had been at the airport for 9 days, they responded 4 days later saying they'll look into it, and when I ask for an update, they don't respond at all. This parcel is still at an airport (4 hours away) . It should've been with me at least a week ago now.

Cosplays are okay, but definitely are overpriced. Also has some questionable business practices.

Very smooth experience even though the package was lost but that was Swedish post office fault that managed to lose it between two local pick up points. The communication with the seller was easy and pleasant. Everything was solved quickly. I'll defintely be shopping here again!

Ordered a very expensive costume and then I saw that some important parts were maybe not included. I contacted them about it and they kept responding with conflicting answers. So I ended up canceling my order even though I was very excited for it and till now I still don't understand which specific parts were not included and what were.

I am really happy with the Xie Lian cosplay I bought from this store. The size measurements were really helpful in determining which size I needed and are very accurate. The fabric details shown in the pictures online also match with what I received. The cosplay as a whole also feels well made with good quality fabric that are definitely worth the money I spent on it.

I'm also very happy with how fast I got my cosplay. It was a pre-order item and on the website it said it could take up to 60 days to be finished and delivered, but not even 2 weeks later it got delivered to my home!

My experience with this company has been very good. I would definitely buy something from them again.

Ordered the Shinobu Kochou cosplay (S) and it fits perfectly, everything looks good and the materials are high quality (I ordered the SR, the haori has patterns woven into the fabric giving it extra nice details). Would recommend and already bought my second cosplay from here!
