Dogshood Anmeldelser

I’ve tried many harnesses with my 80 pound strong-puller and I’m loving this so far. I did not like the elasticized harness so traded it out for a standard one. I feel that I have pretty good control over Mac when wearing his Dogshood. I also love the ease of putting it on and removing it, no more worries about pinching him while trying to click the harness in place. Mac seems to be comfortable while wearing it. I’ve also noticed that his dog trainer, who works with us weekly, tends to reach for it as well. It’s a big win in my book!

Customer service/care excellent and speedy.
Harness fits, light weight.....dog seems unburdened.

We absolutely LOVE our dogshood harnesses. Our 10 month old Irish Doodle puppy does not pull any more, it goes on quickly and easily and it comes off using only one hand to unclip the buckle. He gets so excited when we pick it up to go for a walk. Walks are now one of the best parts of our day. Thank you Dogshood! The only thing better would be if you sold a winterized version as well.

Warm Regards,

A special on the price of a well designed harness, which arrived on the date specified - what's not to like?!!

Buyer beware. Great product but if you need to contact them for a change or a return, you never hear back. They just send you an automated message saying that they will pass on your request, never to hear from them again. Such a shame!!

Order arrived without leashes. Received a code to reorder them at no cost immediately after contacting customer service. Love the harnesses and the leashes! They are certainly a game changer when walking my labs! Thank you so much!!

It was very easy order and harness is very durable and he looks so handsome in it wish I could send his Pic

This halter/bungee leash has been helpful with our very rambunctious, young shepherd. My one concern is that the strap under his belly pulls forward into his armpits when he does pull. I think if I use this leash a lot, he could get sore there. So far, it does not seem to bother my dog.

Horrible customer service. Please do not purchase. It states plain as day on their website free return and 90 day guarantee. When I asked a return and refund because my dogs pulling literally increased with this product, they said returns are at your own cost and we can offer a 50% refund! Please DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. THEY ARE A SCAM.

Liked: product. Well made. Received quickly.
However, need to exchange harness for a size up. Frustrated. Need address/help with my exchange. Keep receiving computer generated response asking for more information. EXCHANGE.

I have been looking at harnesses for quite a while now. I was very sceptical that they would work.
I am very pleased to say that l was wrong. Milly has pulled on her lead for the past 5 years. We have done training and tried other harnesses but no change.
I was astounded after the first use. It was a miracle to me. She doesn't pull at all.
The purchase process was easy and the sizing was accurate. I wish l had brought this product 5 years ago.

My dogs new harness has seemed to help alot so far. She will still pull if over anxious. She dosnt like little dogs barking at her. But overall it has made a big difference. I was using another good brand no pull harness, but because she seems to respond better with the lead clipped to the front, it would slip around to the side. I am using the front ring on this harness and it can still slip around a little but not as far as the old one. So because it is staying more at the front, she dosnt seem to pull much at all. It has made our walk alot better and more enjoyable. My other dog walks perfectly on the old harness, so what works for one dosnt always work for the other. I am glad I gave this one a go, and happy with the results so far.

Be fantastic if the side clip was available both sides.. seems to be on the wrong side for me to walk my dog correctly .

I ordered the wrong size and customer service assisted me with efficiency and ease for me. Our dog loves the new harness. So easy to put on and take off without tugging on the dog’s head. Highly recommend.

Was hopeful the Dogshood harness would live up to the video ad I saw online; it has. Our golden mix is a puller, and very strong when he gets excited with the noise of loud vehicles, along with other animals he spies on walks. The harness does really pull him around towards me.

I used the Dogshood No Pulling Harness this morning to walk my Son's 4 year old German Shepherd. It was the first time I have ever walked him on my own due to him constantly pulling on his lead; he is a very powerful dog.
The harness didn't stop him from pulling completely but, I'm sure with practice he will stop pulling. Our walk this morning was an hour, I wouldn't have been able to walk him for 15 minutes without this harness,
It's a great priduct.

The order process and the actual harness is great but the D ring add on for the front arrived backwards and then with two uses the D ring ripped their stitches and then would move freely. Now not useful. My Doberman is a pulling machine but it should withstood a little more even if not long enough to get her trained not to pull. It's too bad and may have just been a bad one, so I contacted customer service and they made it right as they have a limited life time warranty... I actually ordered 5 more as I suspect she's too stubborn to give in and walk senceably too quickly! And I'd like to make sure I can do it consistently!!

It’s been great! My dog doesn’t fight having it put on either . Good quality perfect fit

Steven loves his new harness, so easy to clip on and I feel secure in walking him around the neighbourhood.

I ordered the size I thought i needed according to their measurements. Love the harness, they have such a good idea for their harnesses. Well, Ranger somehow kept popping the velcro across his chest open. I looked at it and was pretty sure I could fix it by Adding strip of velcro to it. They send one off these wanting to know what I thought. So I told them I thought if they could sell stripes that they could add it might help. They kept writing me asking questions and finally decided I needed a size bigger. Sent me a coupon to pay for it. I'm waiting for it to come in but they are probably right. Great company to work with and a great product.
