All ok until I was sent confirmation and then found my pet was not mentioned. I then had to ring to sort this out and was not happy I could not speak to a person and had to deal with automated call eventually speaking with someone who dealt with problem!

Way to book and lots inninfo

Generally good internet booking experience. Easier to navigate around than many other holiday cottage booking sites we visited. Not a lot of choice where 4 dogs welcome. But found one that suited our needs.

The email from you was self-explanatory however the residences email has no confirmation of a pet so we were a little concerned for a while.

The information on the accommodation was comprehensive but not overly worded. It helped that we had used your company a few times in previous years and had good experiences. Good company to work with .

Website is well structured and designed and very easy to navigate. I like how the map lets you see the area of the holiday let before clicking on the let and investing further. The layout and design is crisp and clear and easy to follow. I like that I could speak to an assistant and get support and I appreciated the swift transaction when purchasing my order and then the follow up email. The customer reviews are helpful and the websites overall view of customer feedback is helpful but it’s the previous holiday tenants that I would prefer and always read before making my decision to book.

Found a lovely 2 Bed Cottage in Betws Gwerfil Goch and saw availability for this weekend only to call up and be told it is not available? Why show the listing as available to book and waste people's time? Completely unacceptable.
