The price, was almost 100 pound cheaper than booking through sakes and Airbnb.

Made a booking and deposit paid at 11:30 and at 1:30 received an e-mail to say the reservation had not gone through. Really disappointed!

When making the booking I booked from…
When making the booking I booked from 31st May for 5 nights leaving 5th June. The email confirmation stated arriving 30th May for 5 nights leaving 4th June which isn't what I booked. When I tried to get in touch i was forwarded to Sykes who's customer service has been very poor. I contacted Sykes on 16th May and yet to receive a response to resolve the issues.

The property I'd been searching for on…
The property I'd been searching for on many different sites popped up on yours. I had used this property in the past and on different cottage sites including yours, I had tried to find it again but I was unable to type in the name to locate it. I did have some problems trying to pay the deposit, the postcode kept being "taken off" even though the full address was listed. It took 3 tries to pay. Also when I was using different sites including yours, I found that the filters were not specific enough ie. entering 3 bedrooms needed, I got 2 bedroom properties shown and entering 2 bathrooms I got 1 bathroom shown. I don't remember this confusion when I've been looking in the past

Easy to use - better than Sykes
Easy to use. Once requirements have gone in (along with details of "Drive Time" limitations|) , then seeing the availability on a Map is a great bonus. Being able to confirm the Drive Time using Location Postcode is a definite game changer. Don't get either of these benefits with Sykes.
