rubbish boring app that doesn't do anything tailored, just a generic sleep alarm app, promised £27 cashback on subscription and paid nothing

Unethical, SCAM ALERT!! I did not sign up for this subscription, and fighting with customer service for refund. Directions to receive refund are extensive on website, once jump through all hoops, they refuse to correct their error. DO NOT TRUST!!

I had 7 days introductory offer from DOFASTING for $1US on Feb 14th 2024.
For the period of FEBRUARY 14-21,2024.
It did not offer much for me so I cancelled on FEBRUARY 21st, 2024.
DOFASTING WENT AHEAD AND CHARGED ME FOR 3 MONTHS $79US
On FEBRUARY 21ST,2024.
I got in touch with them many many times by phone & writing THEY REFUSED to refund the UNLAWFUL charge.
Later they did not respond.
They SNATCHED my $79US

I bought the 1 week trial and it was not suitable for me. Plus, I did not realise that after 1 week they would charge me for 3 months WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION. Within hours of being charged I cancelled but they refuse to refund me any portion of the 3 month charge ($127AUD). I feel they have RIPPED me OFF!

Es una pésima experiencia con esta aplicación y con la gente que hace de atención a clientes tengo más de 15 días pidiendo mi devolución y solo me dan largas que según no pueden hacerme mi devolución porque el problema es mi tarjeta ya que les estoy pidiendo evidencias porque me la solicito mi banco ya desaparecieron y no contestan los correos SON UNOS RATEROS regresen mi dinero, su aplicación es un ASCO no la compren

The app was okay for what it was. But when I signed up, I subscribed to the six month plan. Four or five months passed and I quit using it. When it came time to renew, there was no warning or e-mail notification letting me know that I would be charged again. Instead, they just charged me. I immediately saw the charge, cancelled my subscription, and asked if there would be any way I could get a refund - even a partial one. They told me that there was no way they could offer a refund for a six month subscription even though it had been less than 24 hours since the charge had gone through. It's absolutely ridiculous that they don't send out any reminders about upcoming purchases and then refuse any kind of refund for a six month subscription. I would understand if it was still the year 2002. But we're living in 2024 when digital subscriptions and purchases are the norm. Until they change this policy or the way they let customers know they're going to be charged, I would stay far away! There are plenty of other fasting apps you can use that work just as well.

So far only using a very short time, but I love that it’s very simple and it can provide information on whatever area you’re tracking. Also has amazing customer service when you get jammed up.

Acabo de hacer una suscripcion de prueba donde se supone que costaba 9 pesos y centavos pero escogi la prueba de 1 pesos para primero saber que fuera real y da como resultado que se llevaron mas de 1000 pesos de mi cuenta y no me dan respuesta la verdad no se vale que uno confie y abusen de uno

I just wanted to try the week trial. I emailed them a few days later to cancel my subscription but they took money from my account again today. I'm not too happy with them and I will be going further about it.

Tricked into subscription with no refund!!!

Don't subscribe, even for the trial period. I cancelled on time, but 1,5 years later I am still struggeling to stop them charging for a subscription I don't have and even want.

absolutely worth the money. very motivating, completely realistic and reliable, and no pesky notifications and ads. i’ve already lost 3 pounds after a week :)

That I know I have the ability to do it, .. the only thing i believe would make the app even better is to tell you exactly what to eat and have alarms ti begin and end your fasting...

The app is really helpful for people who seek guidance in intermittent fasting. There are many features and good notifications setting, easy to us on the go.

This app has helped a lot in dieting. It keeps me accountable for my water progress throughout the day and calorie tracking. I have lost 110 pounds in the last year using it, and I have nothing but good things to say!

Perfect for people who like intermittent fasting and trying to ward off diabetes risk like me.

I really like this app! I think it’s user friendly and has great graphics. Especially the fasting timer widget. I just look at my phone and quickly see when it’s time to eat! Lost 9 lbs in 3 weeks!
