This app has helped me maintain, IF without feeling hungry or tempted to eat.

Waste of money. If there are medical issues with it and you can't use it refunds are not an option.

Scam... Like others only took 7 day trial and cancelled day 5 as have better apps on my phone for fasting and health
A whole MONTH later they've taken 79 usd illegally from my account and are not at all interested in refunding it. A TRIAL should BE a trial... Not a sentence to 3 months of rubbish app with money you need for better options!! Appalling and dishonest.

I purchased a 3 month subscription and I did enjoy using the app and it helped me stay on target to meet my monthly targets. The issue however is that the app stopped working on my phone 2 months into my 3 month subscription so I cannot continue!!! Customer service was very helpful but they have been unable to fix the issue so After 2 months I am not able to use the app!

The app is charging for subscription even when you cancell it. I sent email to customers service, they are replying with generic AI msgs.

Day after my cancellation they charged me for monthly subscription, and now they playing dumb.

Bij installatie had ik per ongeluk 2 mailadressen gebruikt. Zonder enig bericht hebben ze aantal maanden dubbele kosten kunnen afboeken. Toen ik hier achter kwam gaven ze aan dat ze hier niets aan konden doen want het stond in hun policy… nou ik weet niet hoe maar mijn advies, ga niet voor deze scam! Er is beter op de markt, dit voelt als een valstrik om klanten zoveel mogelijk geld af te troggelen…

Inmiddels heb ik na deze review alsnog mijn geld terug gekregen. Wat daarvoor niet mogelijk was, was nu ineens geen probleem meer. Al met al toch nog netjes opgelost...

De har uden videre trukket $79.20, selvom jeg har annulleret abonnement, og de ignorerer mails vedrørende tilbagebetaling.

This product was accidentally purchased by my minor child. I notified customer service within 12 hours via their website about the minor child having purchased this, they ignored my contact for 14 days, and then denied my refund saying that it had been greater than 14 days. in reality, I submitted the contact us section on their website as soon as the charge hit my account. After being notified that it was a minor child they refused to issue the $80 refund.

i had to contact customer service via email and they were very responsive and clarified my concerns. I honestly love the glucomannan supplement. it does help stave off hunger and I'm curious to know if it helps my cholesterol. As a newbie to IF, I fine that the app is pretty good, though i don't like that you can't just use a previous food serving size when logging food. I know they have some bad reviews here which made me nervous but so far I'm happy with my 3 month subscription.

This company has a ton of deceptive practices. The app does not deliver what it promises at all. The website also lies about their Trustpilot rating. The website guarantees a full refund if you are not satisfied within 2 weeks, but when I requested a refund after canceling (less than 30 minutes after making my purchase), they responded with AI to refuse the refund. After requesting a human, they claim to have switched me to one named Mel, but she responds nearly instantly to my emails at every hour of the day and night and basically ignores everything I say, which makes me think I may still be communicating with AI.

In their Terms, they say that you can only ever get a refund for the app if you provided verified evidence of a defect in the service. The fact that the app is not what they promise you before you pay for it does not count as a defect to them. So essentially, they will not offer you a refund for any reason.

As far as I can tell, their business model is dependent on dishonesty and refusing refunds.

DO NOT TRUST. I thought I had cancelled what was meant to be a 7day free trial. Then 3 months later they took $120 AUD from me. Emailed them about a refund, the first person said yes, but when I emailed them what they asked for I got a different person each time who were rude and will not refund me despite me having explained my difficult circumstances.

Even after you cancel they continue to bill your credit card.

This was an added bonus to my “Me”app. I enjoy this for recording fasting times accurately and with no hiccups. I also enjoy reading the lessons. All lessons so far are no greater than a 3 minute read. This app just makes me look forward to receiving my first “Burn Box” to coincide with everything I am doing naturally to keep it off. I tried the Wegovy shots and was sick all the time. I just want to lose weight and keep it off with out being on a yo-yo.

Don’t buy it! Basically a clock. Time your fasting using your phone. The drink supplement tastes so foul it’s impossible to drink.

Please read, especially if you live in California. My issue with DoFasting; they charged my account twice after I initially signed up. I finally noticed this year and promptly called them less than two days later, informing them that I hadn't used their app in nearly two years and would like my money back. Despite telling them this, they refused to issue a refund because I hadn't canceled before the "auto-renewal." This is a highly deceptive practice by this company, they are not the only one that does this but it looks like it’s a theme in the reviews.
In California and possibly other states, such actions are against the law. I urge you to check the laws in your state. In California, companies offering annual subscriptions are required to send a notice before charging the recurring fee if the service was subscribed to a year or more ago. Furthermore, they should make it "obvious" that you are entering into a recurring billing situation, which they failed to do. The company is required to send a notification when you initially sign up, indicating that you're involved in recurring billing, which they neglected to do in my case as I’m sure in everyone else’s case too, I still have the sign-up email and all subsequent emails they have sent me.
At the very least, even if you did sign up for their service previously, they are required to give you 15 days' notice before charging you. This allows you ample time to cancel the charge if you no longer use or want the service. They charged me on the 14th of March without any notice, and I requested a refund as soon as I noticed it on the 16th. Their response was dismissive. I then informed them of Section 16702 of the California Business and Professional Code and promptly received my refund.

I cannot tolerate companies that mistreat their customers like this, I would have just taken my refund and shut my mouth but I had to send several emails back and forth stating the freaking law to a company that should know how the law pertains to them while doing business. I am now committed to spreading awareness about their deceptive business practices and hopefully assisting others in reclaiming their money or at the very least not getting charged for something they don’t want or need. I will be contacting an attorney to talk about a class-action lawsuit, I feel a refund is in order for the charge from last year, just because I failed to catch the charge doesn’t give them the right to take advantage of that vulnerability. Again, no notification of an impending charge and I wasn’t even aware I had a subscription at that point. I wish DoFasting all the business success, but I don’t and will not sit idle while they take advantage of the vulnerable, unknowing, or people who just generally don’t want to deal with it. Again, check your accounts for charges and reference the laws in your state. These companies can’t keep doing this to hard-working people.

It was helpful I lost 16 pounds in 2 months and I feel great

I just felt a little bit tired at the of the period of fasting and had a headache. But in general I felt with energy and not hungry. I has been a great experience. By the way, I lost 2 pounds in just 2 days.

So far so good. I got their scale and it’s awesome- it shows you your body fat%, how much water, muscle and fat. And their fiber drink really does make the fast easier.
