It really is a very good help, I am happy! Now I see that it is possible to lose weight responsibly.

I tried DoFasting and realized it was not for me. My review is negative because they did not refund my money even though I cancelled within the cancellation period. NO REFUND

Makes it much easier to manage the fasting times and to track calories throughout the day. Really enjoying the app.

Wanted 1 week try out, got my subscription cancelled after the one week, still fined me 80usd! And then said i couldnt get it back because i deleted my account. I deleted it to stop the app from getting me into a 3 month trial for 80usd. In what other way could i have stopped it. They will not refund your money, and not look into other possibilities.

Very bad customer service: they do not read correspondence neither submitted on their website or by e-mail.

I requested a refund withing allowable 14 day period, but I never received it and nobody responded to my multiple inquiries.

This app is not worth the money AT ALL. You can find anything it provides (recipes, FAQs) just by searching on the internet for free. It has a fitness tracker but only tracks your steps and you have to have an Apple watch or FitBit, which I don't and am not spending $100+ for one. It says you can link your Health App but that did not work in my app.
And there is no way to manually add your steps or workouts to count your calories burned for the day.
Also, the food tracking is absolutely TERRIBLE!!! There are so many free food tracking apps that are much better. It only allows you to track in grams, ounces or pounds... I ate 3 Ritz crackers, how do I track that in ounces??? It's so frustrating.
I looked up 'hard boiled egg' and there are at least 10 options, all with different calories associated with it and none of them were even close to the 80 calories it actually is.
The only thing it does is count the start time of your fasting period and tells you when it should end. Anyone can logically count 12, 14 or 16 hours past when you stopped eating, you don't need to pay for this app to do that.
I highly DO NOT recommend this app.

She's having a hard time with it but that when I step in and tell her this is a good thing don't give e up. I can't tell you how much She's lost but I have lost 30 pounds already and intend to keep going until I lose the weight I desire. I want to be 200 by Christmas that's my goal. The program is great.

Complete trickery! Only browsed and contemplated joining but before I knew it money sucked out of my account and still no access to the app!
“Support Carol” was no assistance and quite rude.

Awful! I tried free trial, but during 4 days (they have 14 days for cancellation), I cancelled it, but they charged me two times. Then I contacted to them, one fee refunded but the second fee is not refunded yet and they refused me to refund the second one, because the cancellation time is passed. I explained and sent the proof email that I cancelled it on time but they send me the same text every day like a robot with the link of cancellation policy where is written that I had 14 days for cancellation.

It is fraud and awful experience for me! I regret so much that I shared my card details to them! I do not recommend to trust this app!

This makes intermittent fasting so easy! It guides the process and is super informative - So easy! I love it!

Awful! DO NOT fall for the extras! You will be charged immediately for everything before the trial period is done and you're able to make up your mind. Very tricky sales tactics and when you fill out the form to customer service to request a refund, they respond that they cannot give you one! Since when are you not allowed a refund within 24 hours of purchase within a trial period when stated. This is a dishonest company. DO NOT proceed with any payment information.

Being that they advertise this survey you complete it thinking at the end they are going to provide a plan based on your answers. They do not instead after completing said survey you end up selecting a fasting plan. I am not a professional so I don’t know what fasting plan will be best for me that was the purpose of completing the survey so my answers could guide me to what is best based on what I am trying to achieve. That is what you advertise afterall. As you are checking out, they also offer these packets that supposedly help you with suppressing appetite. They do not ! So after taking them and realizing this, I reached out to see if I could get a refund, even a partial refund their response? We have a 14 day refund policy. How is 14 days sufficient to determine whether a product is working for you or not? now I am out $100. Please save yourself time and money and don’t purchase! It is a complete scam and waste of money.

Their customer service team is outstanding, they resolve your issue in a day , I have experienced this kind of customer service very rarely. Extremely efficient.

Seems sketchy. I opted for their paid trial, then cancelled and deleted the app straight away. My reason is, it’s no different to my existing app. I was then charged a 3 month subscription which is apparently what I chose when I opted for the trial. I messaged them on the day I was charged to cancel my subscription and also asked for a refund. They said they have cancelled my subscription and will refund half of what I paid. Before that I re-downloaded the app and tried logging in to check why I was charged when I knew I have already cancelled. I was unsuccessful logging on to the app with the saved password on my mobile. I “forgot password” they kept sending links to change password that are not working. So yeah, I think this company is sketchy. They charged me $120AUD for 3 mos too which is too expensive. The paid trial should have been a warning. I am still waiting for a refund. Will update.

I downloaded the app and entered my details, they never started after the trial period to confirm my subscription, when they charged me i accidentally hit the pause button, but you cant Unpasue it for another MONTH. also you cant REMOVE YOUR CARD that you subscribed with. VERY SKETCHYY!!. my best alt was yazio

Not sure about the content, you need to enter credit card details to access it … and get then continuously charged even if I never logged in in the app.
Complaining about it got me a 25% reimbursement “promise”, which didn’t happen yet,
Very peculiar business practices, clearly not engaging!
Managed my fasting and bodyweight successfully with free material after that experience.
