Loving it so far! It's only been 3 days but I've stuck with it, which is not something I can normally say! I feel energetic!

Absolute scam. They charge you with no notice of it and then will fight thencharge back. The email to them to cancel goes nowhere. I've contacted the MN attorney generals office due to the huge list of complaints here and may talk to a lawyer about a class action lawsuit. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!

I actually purchased this app in tandem with a Burnbox purchase (I have yet to do my 72 hr fast). I'm starting small with 14 hr fasting and this app is perfect for helping with tracking my fasts and food intake. I love how simple the app is to use and the features of it. I highly recommend to anyone.

The app is ok but i found better free apps out there. they make it extremely hard to cancel your subscription. They give you a month free then in very small text on the bottom of the complete registration page it says it will auto renew at $32.99 every three months. Also the complete subscription button doesn't work so you can set a password and supoosedly cancel it online.

Disgusting company stealing money from people who need it. I deleted this app because it was useless and I figured it would automatically stop my subscription. But nope. I just got paid today and suddenly noticed a huge charge on my account that I did NOT consent to. I got ZERO warning of this subscription renewing, no email or anything, and now they’re saying they can ONLY give 25% of my money back. THAT WAS MY MONEY FOR GROCERIES!!! AND NOW IM GOING TO STARVE FOR TWO WEEKS SO THANKS!! IF I DIE THIS COMPANY IS LIABLE!!!!! They’re a bunch of scammers with zero morals. How does it feel stealing from a student who now doesn’t even get to eat for two weeks because of you???? I know damn fu¢king well you guys have the money to properly refund me, BECAUSE YOU STOLE IT FROM MY ACCOUNT!!! This product is sh!t and now I’m out of money that I NEED!!! FU€K YOU FOR STEALING FROM PEOPLE WHO ARE ALREADY IN FINANCIAL CRISIS!!!!!

So far, this app is helping me stay the course and making me aware of the actual nutrition in my meals. I did not realize how little protein I eat each day. Also, I forget to drink enough water but now am tracking it. And I really needed the fasting timer. I lose track of time while working and needed the heads up for getting my last meal in. I think I might have cut corners if I didn’t have it all in one place with the constant fast clock popping up on my screen.

The recipes are for real, accessable food. Also lots of information a beginner would need. I've lost 5lbs and feeling empowered!

Really trying to cancel the subscription and keep going around in circles. Please help

First off, The app was successful, but it was very irritating. Consequently I stopped using the app after receiving results that satisfied my desire at that time. My major complaint is that the company did not send out a notifications stating that my annual subscription dues were due. They just automatically charged my account without any prior notification. I understand the contract that I signed stated such, but you just destroyed this customer's satisfaction, a customer who is now submitting his dissatisfaction with this company so that other people don't get unknowingly
charged after a whole year has passed. Do not subscribe to DoFasting!

I ended up subscribing and paying alot of money for a three month subscription without having been able to find out what it cost. I paid over 800SEK for 3 months. There was no information anywhere saying that this was the subscription cost. I assumed it would not be too much but this is the cost for a glorified timer!!

I used the app for 7 days and forgot to cancel before the 7 day trial expired. The next day I was charged USD79.20 (AUD125.97) for a 3 month subscription. Within about 12 hrs of the charge I contacted them and explained what had happened. I’d also deleted the app and had stopped using it completely. I quoted the 14 day change of mind policy they had on their website. They were polite but completely unhelpful and did not budge from their policy that since it was a digital product the 14 day change of mind policy didn’t apply as the product had already been downloaded and couldn’t be ‘returned’. To be fair, it does say this in their terms and conditions.

So here’s my issue:
• I could have cancelled a few hours earlier and they wouldn’t have charged me. Even though the app had already been downloaded.
• so what are they charging me for then? Clearly for USING the app and interacting with their servers for another 3 months. Except that they can CLEARLY see that I am no longer using the app. And surely they must have some way to block a user accessing their servers if that user had cancelled the subscription before the end of the trial (or at any future stage when a user decides to stop paying for a subscription.)

• My conclusion - this is unethical behaviour by a company that CLEARLY waits for the unsuspecting user to make a small error and they pounce on you and take your money. In my opinion THIS IS A SCAM.

Scammer alert! Never subscribe - they will take your card details and charge you every month for... NOTHING. Only if you are aware you will see and ACTIVE subscription somehow on your Pay Pal. Please be alert and careful.

DoFasting is a product which works! I planned to lose weight without pain and it went down. I lost 3 kg in two months, although I planned to lose double. However, I also cheated sometimes on calories so it was my own fault. Cheating on a fasting period a little sometimes, when it was not feasible to incorporate it in the daily life, did not have a negative effect.
The major improvement the product needs is that sometimes the calories per gram or ounce or cup of a given product do not exist. Then I needed to look them up on Internet, and this was taking too much time on a daily basis.
The major strength of the product is that it divided the calories per meal in a way which was optimizing my well -being. In my case each meal had a different calories allowance.
I would recommend to go for it.

I have never created an account and when I try to log in with “forgot my password” (trying multiple devices), it gives my a non-working link. Supposedly, if i can log in, there is a link to cancel the subscription, but i cannot log in. I now have been charged approximately $130 for something i have never used. There is no phone number and when I try to use the email, it just takes me to a screen with more options on what my question might be about. Because I cannot log in, I am unable to get to a place where I can email an actual person. I am now going to resort to disputing the charges on my credit card.

It's a great app to help me with my accountability to stay on track

I just started the app but it has been very good with keeping me focused and informed. The eating portion is not that great so I use fitness pal but I love that you can see how many pounds you have until goal. I love the way they tell you how long you've fasted and the hydration portion is so cute. I'm down 9.6 pounds from my biggest so I'm definitely happy my first week in. ☺️

I have mainly used the app as a fasting timer, and that has worked well. But I cannot rate the app higher because it is way too expensive. $80 every 3 months is WAY too much. Comparable apps charge that or not much more for an entire year. Therefore I will not be renewing my subscription.

This app has helped me maintain, IF without feeling hungry or tempted to eat.

Waste of money. If there are medical issues with it and you can't use it refunds are not an option.
