My doctor was fast with reviewing my case, emailed me quickly, called and sent my RX to my pharmacy. I’ve always had eczema and I developed a rash by my mouth and it started to spread to my nose. Me thinking the steroid cream would work made it worse. I’m very happy with my diagnosis and treatment. Highly recommend!!!

Great customer service. I didn't recieve my results within the 24 hours, and had a prompt response back when I sent an email to figure out what had happened. Was sent results quickly after that and had follow up emails to ensure my satisfaction. Very satisfied with the whole process. Thank you!

This was my first time using a tele-health service for dermatology. Wow! I am impressed. Within 24 hours, I had a wonderful Dr look at My skin condition via photos I submitted. I had a problem submitting them online, but was able to email them instead and received a confirmation they were received right away.
I had several questions and contacted the customer care team who always responded back so quickly.
When I got the treatment plan, I was surprised how detailed it was. My Dr. (Dr Om) called in two prescriptions for me and now I’m on the way to healing! Oh yeah- One of the prescriptions wasn’t covered by my insurance so he sent a coupon that cut the price of medication to just 1/4 of the out of pocket cost. He also recommended an over the counter product, which I just purchased.
I will recommend this service and Dr to everyone! Very well priced and was so much easier than going to the derm, especially during these times!

Wow! Service and more
Wow! This was a weekend request by me for help with a dermatologist issue. I stated my case, took some pictures and sent it off by email. Within 3 hours, I had a diagnosis from the doctor and he phoned in my RX to my local pharmacy and early the next day -a Sunday- I had my prescription. This was kind of unbelievable, plus there was an email from DocBright tell me the progress of the visit.. Highly recommend this site..

Telemedicine is perfect for acne treatment. Saves time and gets to the matter at hand expeditiously! My reply was next day and Rxs were available for pick up a few days later. I highly recommend DocBright!

The doctor was informative
The doctor was informative, detailed and efficient. Would certainly be willing to use this service again.
Only issue was that we never got the actual message form the doctor, but the care message team was able to forward me the message.

After 10 minutes of my submission, I received email from Dr Om.
Asking my some questions, and I replied to him.
And within 2 hours, He emailed me with diagnosis and treatment plan.
The experience was fast and easy and surely better than actual Doctor Office visit.
If it not an emergency / complicated situation online doc is the way to go.

5 years of Rosacea, no insurance.
In my case I knew exactly what worked for my rosacea but didn’t have insurance to see a doctor. Out of pocket the dermatologist wanted to charge close to $300. Not including the medicine which costs another $100 with A LOT of couponing. This alternative has changed my life. With $50 I was able to get my prescriptions and it cost less than my co pay ($80) when I used to have insurance. The doctor took my budget into consideration with her prescription, gave me tips on how to make my medications last and mentioned the savings programs available for my medicine. She answered a question about OTC products I want to use and suggested a dermatologist approved brand for my skin. I am so grateful for this avenue in the healthcare system and will definitely use this until I can afford normal insurance. *Keeping in mind if my copay for a specialist is too expensive I can use Docbright!!!!!
