First time ever try something like this. Thought maybe it could be a scam but after reading review here and figuring can’t lose sleep over 50 bucks decide to try it since booking at dermatologist has to long wait list. Anyway doctor wrote a bunch of recommendations after looking at my pics and give me prescription meds.

I am naturally a skeptic and VERY old school. I had so many reservations in using the internet to get medical help. I had some serious issues with the skin of my face that was getting worse daily. I tried all that I could think of with over the counter remedies. None of them worked. I have no insurance so I started looking online for a dermatologist. I found your office and liked the reviews I saw. I figure... Give it a try and it'll only be $50. Either way the experience good or bad, I'll only lose $50 dollars. I filled out the questionnaire and registered I took pics and sent them over also. By the evening my pharmacy called stating my doctor had phoned in two medications for me.I'm thinking they'll give me the one size fits all script of retin-a and doxycycline. I knew my issue was not plain acne. I've been using the meds for two days and the visual symptoms improved100 percent already and the texture of my skin is much more smooth. When I do finish my meds on Wednesday, I have absolute faith that the issues I had will be completely resolved. Thanks from the bottom of my heart DocBright!!!! Most importantly, Thank you to the PA from TruDerm that made the correct call for my condition. I'm a DocBright customer from now on!!!!

Inputting information was seamless. The email I received from the dr was very descriptive. And did respond within 24 hours.

The only reason this wasn’t a 5 star because I was prescribed topical medicine, I have used this medicine before so I am sure I will have to have another appointment with the dr again soon.

I had a great experience with Dr. Mandel. I had a rosacea flare-up during the Covid-19 shutdowns, so my local dermatologist wasn't seeing patients. I did some research and found DocBright. Around 10 am one morning, I uploaded photos and described what was happening. By 10 that night, I had a diagnosis email from Dr. Mandel, a login portal for his office, and prescriptions sent to my local pharmacy. I went and got them the next day. It was above and beyond my expectation and I will use this service again. Thank you!
