I’ve been seeing Michael Rose, a licensed XR Health therapist, since September 2025, to manage chronic pain, PTSD, depression, and anxiety. From the beginning, he’s been incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. His expertise and structured guidance have had a profound impact on my emotional well-being and physical health.

Virtual Reality headset activities and group interactions through Innerworld are truly innovative and effective. This immersive approach has helped me become more confident and overcome anxiety while equipping me with practical coping tools to manage chronic pain from cervical stenosis/spinal issues.

What sets this program apart is the flexibility to receive treatment privately at home and on my own schedule. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I’ve received and highly recommend XR Health, Michael Rose, and Innerworld to anyone seeking integrated mental health, physical therapy, and chronic pain support.

Now my Therispist Cori is amazing but you only get 3 stars because I had to cancel one day before my appointment due to health issues I'm dealing with and they had the nerve to charge me $25.00 for having to cancel one day prior. Now mind you. I've NEVER missed any sessions with Cori. I'm always on time even when my health issue are giving me really bad days...I show up. Days I feel like I'm going to fall over due to health issues I'm dealing with....I show up.
So now my bank account is overdrawn because of this crap and I'm low income on disability and this is a real hardship to me. This has upset me to the point that I'm ready to tell them to take their stuff back and call it a wrap. 1 appointment...called the day prior. Have NEVER missed an appointment or been late. Cori I give you 100 stars. Your excellent at what you do and your a very kind person.
So if you call a day prior watch out...their going to take your money.
Like I knew this medical issue was going to happen to me ..I can't believe this crap. I have CHF along with other issues and I'm not a mind reader to know when one of my medical issues is going to knock me down.

Very disappointed and now in the hole in my back account. Besides the $25.00 I have a $36.00 overdraft fee! Thank for that.

The therapist that I have is fantastic! The customer service is subpar. I have had numerous times when they have failed to provide timely solutions to my therapeutic needs. Delays in response, as well as delays in shipping and confusion over billing issues, have made my experience with them hell on earth. The goal is to relieve my anger and frustration, and instead, I have been growing more and more angry and frustrated with the customer service team. As I said, my therapist has been extremely helpful and does an excellent job. I just wish that they would hire more people or do something to eliminate the delays in both response and in shipping needed equipment.

I’ve been having a great experience with XRHealth. Vaishali has helped me relieve my wrist pain and recover hand movements. I enjoy the VR, it’s very useful to keep up with exercise and monitor progress. Highly recommended!

We have been using xr for about 2 years. Our son is know heading to boarding something we never thought possible but with the support or Miguel, Jessica and the behind the scenes work of Martine this wouldn’t be possible. Cannot rate them enough. Hopefully one day we can meet in person.

Dan Foley is a really excellent physical therapist. I am enjoying my PT sessions with him, and love learning about virtual reality with the headset.

My physical therapist is great. She adds exercises to my routine that she feels will help me keep improving. The virtual reality adds guided meditaiton and movement exercises that are very useful. The customer service has been marvelous. When I have a question, someone calls back promptly and always assists with the technical aspects of the work

The use of the VR headset was immersive and helpful in memory improvement. Most important, however, was the interaction with the therapist, Vaishali Patel, who was thoughtful, compassionate and insightful.

I can't recommend this service highly enough.

I’ve enjoyed my therapy, it has been the most productive and interesting therapy i’ve ever received. There was attention to detail and a gradual increase in difficulty with a positive, fast return of strength and flexibility. I’d recommend XR health to anyone. I especially like not having to drive to receive my therapy.

Great idea, they're still working out some of the tech links. The therapists are knowledgeable and the exercises fun with the virtual reality headset.

Shelby has helped me so much to discover coping mechanisms using the XR apps. She asks me questions to determine how I'm feeling and gives me feedback to help resolve whatever issue I may be having. I look forward to our sessions and enjoy using each app she introduces me to. I have even used them several times on my own. Our interactions leave me thinking about the way I do things and possible new and different solutions. I feel that my life has significantly improved since we've begun working together.

The combination of my counselor, technology and training, plan were exemplary, and helped me immensely.

These therapists are the most competent and understanding therapists I've ever encountered. I've had physical therapy several times post surgery but they helped me in such a functional way. My balance and strength is so much better and I have more confidence performing household chores and walking.
