DMB Car Seats Anmeldelser

Deborah is amazingly knowledgeable, friendly and brilliant at what she does. We purchased a car seat for my 4-year-old to allow him to face rearward for longer and she spent some time over a video call ensuring that I was happy with the fit and also that he was comfortable in his new seat. Would thoroughly recommend buying from her because of this and also because it is so important to support small mum lead businesses!

Very happy with our experience with Deborah at DMB car seats, she was lovely and friendly and accommodating, had so muck knowledge and information and made sure I felt comfortable with installing/removing seat and safely securing our daughter in her new seat! I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new safe car seat for their little one! :) thank you, Leanne

Deborah was extremely knowledgable on all things safety related when it comes to keeping children safe in the car. She was very patient with both myself and my son ( I was a bit indecisive) when choosing and he was getting fed up trying seats. She was never In any rush and let me try as many seats as needed within the car. Also never any pressure to choose a particular one and very up front with the price. I originally wanted one which was cheaper but I changed my mind once I seen my son sitting in them and she let me know difference in price instantly but didn’t push in anyway to choose a dearer one. I came away knowing my son is safe in his car seat for many years to come and that’s everything for a parent when driving little ones around.
I would highly recommend, in fact I would now only recommend her when it comes to choosing the perfect seat.

Personal and Super responsive. Knowledgeable and a quick turn around to ensure we could travel safe!

Thank you Deborah for your amazing service, so glad we decided to buy car seats from you. Kindly met us in Aberdeen to fit the 2 car seats as our baby was born premature and was in neonatal unit. Not only did Deborah fit the seats we bought through her, but also checked our other car seat we already had and ensured all the seats were fitted correctly for us. Thank you 😊
And when baby was able to come home from hospital she did a fit check for us to make sure he was as safe as possible in his new seat! Highly recommended DMB Car seats and the new Avionaut Pixel Pro car seat which is amazing fit for our tiny 4lb5oz premature baby and will last him years!
Amazing knowledgeable friendly service , Thank you again 🤗

Deborah is extremely knowledgeable and has a large variety of makes and models of seats that she is able to trial in your car.

She gave us great advice on both the toddler seat and high backed booster that we were looking for. I will definitely use her again.

Deborah is so helpful even months/years after purchase with questions/fit advice. we were recently in a car accident and our seats needed replaced and Deborah let me know about an amazing scheme through avionaut that replace car seats after a crash. what a lifesaver! and our second car seat was covered under insurance and she helped us upgrade that car seat with advice. I recommend DMB car seats to anyone I can - lovely woman, lovely business, and incredible car seat knowledge.

We had a lovely visit to look at suitable car seats for our first child due in a few weeks. Having no knowledge at all on what we needed, Deborah spent loads of time clearly explaining what was important and showing how to fit and use all the suitable seats allowing us to make the best informed choice we could. Thanks so much!

This is the 3rd seat we have bought, Deborah always has a good choice of car seats in stock ready to try in your own car. There is never any rush or pressure either. 5* service again. Thank you.

Always a pleasure dealing with Deborah, her advice is always available and valuable. This will be our 2 time using her services for our twin daughters and it gives us peace of mind that our daughters are being provided with the safest and most up to date advise and car seats

Deborah is a gem.
From messaging about various options to fitting, it was a really fantastic process.
Getting the right seat for your precious cargo is so important and her knowledge is so valuable.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again. Thank you Deborah.

Super quick shipping very easy tracking! Perfect service!

From start to finish we had a great experience with Deborah at DMB Car seats. She fitted us in quickly for our consultation, and was so helpful and knowledgable when we were trying demo seats for our son. So convenient that she does this at your own home! She was then able to source and fit his new seat within days of our consultation! She was so helpful and accommodating, and you can tell that finding the safest and most comfortable seat for your child is her priority and she's passionate about doing it right. The whole process couldn't have been any smoother, and we are so happy with our purchase.

Fabulous customer service. Personal, no question too big/silly! Very knowledgeable and helpful! Even helped with fitting once it arrived! Will be my go to from here on out! Thank you again!

Excellent service from Deborah from start to finish! The advice she gave us was brilliant and she took time with us to try 3 different seats in our car, plus let our child sit in a seat that was fitted to her vehicle as another option. We're delighted with the seat that we chose & baby seems quite happy in it too! We would highly recommend Deborah to any expectant parents, we just wish we spoke to her sooner!

Really great service, Deborah came out to the house to try out car seats in both our cars and to see what fit our daughter best, then came back to install our chosen seat the next week. Quick, friendly and reliable service and having that peace of mind that everything fits and is safe is brilliant!

Deborah was so helpful before I decided on the seat and made purchase. Speedy delivery and great customer service!

Great service from DMB Car Seats! Debs is amazing, professional and knowledgeable. She was able to sort car seat for my kids across countries and guided me during installation to get a good fit.

Fantastic advice and communication from DMB Car Seats. Deborah is so knowledgable, and made my husband and I feel much better about the safety of our little one. Great deal on a car seat too!

Deborah was hugely knowledgable and gave me peace of mind that my child is safe without having to do all the research myself.
