DMB Car Seats Anmeldelser

The most helpful car seat specialist, and I had contacted a few without much help until I contacted DMB. They supported me from start to finish, answered every question and more, helped me find the best car seat for me and my needs! And the safest for my little one and her size, ensuring I made the right choice! I’ve now ordered and look forward to remote installation help and advice. Thank you so much DMB!

Excellent advice and fitting from DMB car seats. So nice to have a throughly knowledgable person local to Aberdeen & shire. Thank you

Fantastic car seat reasonably priced but the big ticket item was the expertise of the seller about the products she is selling

Great service and a good product range. I was offered help with a fit check in person or virtually and the car seat was posted very quickly.

Amazing experience, start to finish! Quick to respond to messages, very informative and helped guide me with my purchase.
Travelled to meet me close to my home in order to deliver, fit, check and answer any questions.
So friendly and professional and done super fast. Couldn’t ask for a better service!

Great service and plenty information and demonstration shown to allow us choose the right seat for us. Will definitely return for any future seats! Very happy with our Axkid ONE2 😊 thank you

Fantastic experience and a good price - we received great advice and the car seat arrived very quickly. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Swift, helpful service.

Service has been fantastic. Ordering was easy and Deborah was in touch quickly to arrange an installation date to suit me. I have also sought advice from her about a car seat issue for a family member via Facebook messenger and she has been so knowledgeable and helpful.

Deborah was absolutely brilliant! Not only was she so incredibly fast to respond (despite being a busy mum and business woman!), but she was really accommodating and helpful with any questions that I had about the car seats. They arrived in perfect conditions and speedily and Deborah helped me get a great install even from afar. Would highly recommend DMB Car Seats to anyone looking to purchase a new car seat for their littles or any accessories!

Very fast at getting back in touch with me. We managed to get an appointment within the week and follow up fitting was done within 2 days of us purchasing the seats. Very helpful and clearly very knowledgeable! Wouldn't hesitate to use again if needed and recommend to family and friends.

Quick in responding to my message regarding stock and quick delivery for spare parts. Posted monday and arrived wed. Would use them again when we need our next seat.

Deborah has so much knowledge and skills when discussing carseats and carseat safety, we were switching our newborns carseat from the one we bought and she was great the whole time. She made us feel at such ease and offered lots of choices. She also came and fitted the carseat and carseat base at our house which was excellent! Fully reccomend her!

Excellent service. Very knowledgable lovely lady. Your children will be extremely safe in her fitted car seats.
Thank you.

So quick and easy to order. Would definately buy from again. Such a great range and great to know my child is in the safest of hands.

Very happy with my experience at DMB car seats and would definitely purchase another seat with Deborah. Not only did she fit the seat and show me how to do it myself, but she has answered all sorts of questions I had before purchasing and questions afterwards in regards to the fit. The skills and experience she has are priceless and I'm now confident my little boy is safe in the car! Thank you

Excellent customer service! Bought an Avionaut Sky from DMB just about a year ago now, seller is still happy to answer any queries regarding reinstallation when I want to make sure I’ve got it in ok or removing inserts, adjusting straps, etc. Any and all future car seats will be purchased from here, I’m honestly beyond delighted with the aftercare received.

Very easy website and great contact with business owner

Advice and all information provided was amazing. First class service and massive knowledge on cars, car seats and safety advice. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Amazing!
