Good service

I wanted to write to thank you for the service I have received throughout the process of my vehicle repairs. Everyone that has communicated with me has been friendly and professional and they've been a pleasure to deal with. The repairs were carried out much quicker than expected. On inspection of the end result, now my car has been returned, I am delighted with the quality of the work.

Using the rating scale (on the leaflet provided) I would score you 9/10.

Would give 0 if I could didn't let me know what they had done when I ask the question they hadn't done a part in which they called me a lier saying it wasn't done by the accident and they wasn't doing it who do they think they are to call me that when it's my car and I know what's what with it when it's my pride and joy there a absolutely joke it will never ever go there again who do they think they are it says on the phone line that if you having a bad time or disabled let them know and they will do all they can well that has just gone out the window your the last people I'd ring as I feel worst😰😰
Funny how I sent photos from my home camera to prove they were not already there and were from the accident I think it's a open and shut case in my eyes !!

Poor service, was told car would be polished and valetted. It wasnt. Had to go collect car myself as they could not be bothered to deliver my car to me
