We repair around 100,000 accident damaged cars every year, and all cars are repaired to British Kitemark BS 10125 standard, the British safety standard for vehicle damage repair. All repair work comes with a 5-year guarantee, and we are committed to ensuring we meet the manufacturers repair standards to ensure our customers vehicles are repaired to the highest standards. Still waiting for a minor repair to my car following theft damage
Still waiting for a minor repair to my vehicle , needs a new clip on the battery after disconnect during attempted theft. They would have got 4 Stars from me if this had been done. Only a minor inconvenience but enough to make my experience far from perfect.

Minor insurance repair
The car was taken in for a minor repair and was returned with runs in the paintwork. It was returned to be rectified and what I was told was a 20/30 minute job has taken from Friday until the following Thursday(5days). This was also after several phone calls to chase it up. I would just like to add that all staff I spoke to were courteous and efficient

Bodywork is acceptable
The repair on the bodywork has been good however they missed the petol leak and fobbed me of with the excuse it's just a fuel filter that need replacing as a serviceable item. Now my car constantly reeks and leeks of petrol since the accident
