It goes ok. Sometimes, when searching for certain books, it would be easier if I could search per title, but filter by a specific author. Maybe it's already possible, but not so intuitive.

The epub link doesn't get me an epub. I need some Adobe DRM software, which I do not want to install. This just isn't a modern experience.

The store has a cleverly built up support surface, easy to find solutions and advices when any problems occur with your purchase. The team reacts also in person very quick and friendly. AND the point is, that it works - you can read your book in a short time! :)

Fixing a problem
Choosing, buying, downloading we're all straightforward, thank you.
Nowhere else to write this so it's coming here: before buying new books I had a real struggle to solve the problem with the app suddenly saying my three existing books all had missing pages. Not being very tech-savvy it took me over an hour to find the relevant help topic. The instructions for fixing the problem were very clear and worked so thanks for that. But navigating your site to find the necessary info was complicated and frustrating.

A frustrating experience overall!
You can only read your book on the awful and unefficient ebook reader you 've been forced to use.You can't use other readers and you cannot have an epub file as promised so you may read it on an older Kindle for example.
I don't want to support Amazon anymore! Please make it a bit easier!

I'm sorry you had a disappointing experience with eBooks.com.
Most of our publishers do not allow us to distribute their ebooks without encryption (DRM"); we're obliged to comply with their instructions.
There's a link at the top of our website that says "DRM Free". This will display a range of books from enlightened publishers who do indeed provide un-encrypted EPUBs (which will work on your old Kindle) if you'd like to try that.
In any event, shall we process a full refund of this purchase? That would be no trouble. Just contact our help desk and they'll get that done pronto for you: support@ebooks.com.
(At the risk of seeming pushy, we'll be releasing a new suite of ebook reader apps at the end of the year which will be a whole lot better than the one you used today.)

It's nice to have an ebooks source that doesn't tie you down to one ecosystem.
I've bought several books from then, and only had one minor issue which wasn't their fault. They went above and beyond to fix this issue.

Worth it!
Great selection to choose from. Gripping thrillers at a good price. Had to turn off my VPN to download but it’s thumbs up so far.

The interface and overall user…
The interface and overall user experience are very frustrating. After purchasing, the e-book requires an external app to run, and transferring it between devices is unnecessarily complicated. It’s difficult to keep all books in one place, as each title often needs a specific program just to access and read it. This makes managing my library across devices inconvenient and inefficient.
