Well as many other people my only complaint is that they have changed from 5 years that I requested to 7 years to give me my money back I’m able to communicate with them through email had two mayor surgery wanted my money back now have to wait another 1 and a half year don’t think 🤔 this is right they should keep their word. don’t recommended

I have been trying to retrieve my money for months. It is very difficult and frustrating. I have sent emails and getting bullshit responds about my money. They keep sending me videos about how my investment. I just want my money return to me.

I invested approximately 24K in REIT I and
$500 in REIT II over 5 years ago, I was told that
by Dec 31st, 2025 the will liquidate REIT I. That
time is approaching and there is zero
communication. There have been no update
emails, no one responds to inquiries, the "contact us" page on the website is disabled with an error message. The FB and IG pages
has not been active since last March. I am worried that my investment is lost and I have been scammed again. I just lost 150K from
another real estate investment and now 25K with Diversyfund. I have just retired and this is a huge chunk of my retirement. I am devastated
and live in worry and fear on a daily basis. I have lost hope and trust in all investments. If there is a breach law suit I want to be part of it.

This is not a trading platform i can recommend, as it lacks transparency and does not prioritize the interest of traders. As i mentioned to a friend recently, the reliability and credibility of Zineᥒsis Investment stand out and remain the best so far.

Diversyfund is poor at best! I Invested 5K with a 3 dollar return over 3 years 2020-2023 which isnt much! Didn't receive any other funds from them in last 2 years Haven't receive any response for them to answer my question if they could put my 5K investment towards new REIT investments that they are claiming to be of value. The CEO Craig won't answer my question! Doesnt return email or voicemaiI response from them. I would advise any one considering investing in this company to invest somewhere else to be safe!

This is a shitty business, and CEO Craig Cecilio and his management team are scammers! I was scammed $5000 of my checking account in 2021. I was looking for my investment in REIT area and found this scammer. I should act rashly right away after seeing my $5k transferred automatically from my bank account when I first set up information with their website in 01/2021. I did try to contact them via email (no telephone or fax info) to get back my 5k, but they made many excuses that my investment could not be returned in the next 5 years. I drilled down more info and found many people put much more money into this scam than mine, so I did nothing since then. Early this year, they tried to contact me for additional contribution and my goodness I did not pick up the calls. Many people lost money with this scam. Last month, I wanted to log on to my account to retrieve my investment and I have been completely locked out of the app, I cant access my account or contact anyone at DF. I googled and found out from Reddit that this is a real scam! DiversiFund robed people’ money and under SEC’s investigation. I am going to file a complaint with SEC!

This seems to be a scam as my emails are not answered and I can’t access my portfolio and my login credentials does not work. Sent message to CEO Craig Cecilio through linkedin and he blocked me and I can’t communicate to him. Definitely something terrible wrong and i am exploring options to file a complaint with SEC and also use all social networks to let others know not get trapped with their false promises. Please reach me as we are grouping multiple investors to file complaints and lawsuits.

Can’t access site or portfolio. Several days now and no response. No phone # at least that works and several emails unanswered as well as website contact forms. Smells fraudy. Found out they have lots of customer service complaints and they plan to liquidate many of their properties by end of 2025. Trust is way down with these guys

Can’t get into my portfolio and have not heard anything to several requests for PW reset, or emails to their support team. While at first I thought its a serious investment and had no problem waiting 5 years I now believe something went seriously wrong. Scam very likely.

I have been with the company as an investor since April 2019. It’s a long term investment and liquidity is not there. If someone misunderstood the purpose of this company and mission then they haven’t done their due diligence. You can’t buy and sell real estate by snapping fingers . I am happy with the company so far. I hope they go public soon.

I have been an investor for many years and when I invested with Diversyfund the investment team made it clear this is a long term investment. Some of the negative comment lead me to believe the investor was anticipating a 2x over six months like in the stock market. The investments I have the company has been in communication with me and if there is something negative they do not BS. I feel the company is building for the future. Good experience so far

I have been an investor with Diversyfund since 2020. Since that time, Diversyfund has continued their mission of democratizing investing for everyday Americans like me. Diversyfund is not just a smoke and mirrors company, they back it up with over $100 million in real estate assets; assets that are making money with higher returns. Real estate investing is a long game, and those who have the patience will be rewarded with Diversyfund.

Who can we write to or go to about this company? Everyone is in agreement that they claim that We can withdraw our money with interest in 5 years. Now they're claiming 5 to 7 years which is false. I was due to withdraw my money August 21st 5 years. Now they're claiming that it's December. Then they're claiming it's 5 to 7 years because they didn't sell property. If anybody knows of anything or any place we can report them to please post it. I see that a lot of people on this has a lot of money invested 😞

I made my first investment in March of 2020 with the claim of 4-15% APR in 3-5 years. It is now July 2025, and my account has not gained any interest. I am also unable to withdraw the money I have invested. I would never recommend Diversyfund to anyone. I hope there is lawsuit that I can become a part of to reclaim the money that I have invested into Diversyfund.

I put my money in Diversyfund back in 2019 with the promise that the funds would be returned after 3 years with interest. Now it’s been 6 and I have not received any information as to when I will get my money back or any of the supposed gains that come along with it. I’m pretty sure my capital one account pays more interest. I have tried to reach out and no one gets back to me. When will the community be filing a class action against these people?

Total scam. Poor communication, no updates, and repeated lies regarding maturity dates. People cannot get their principals back.

Update: Regarding your "clarification," DiversyFund, we will consider your words to be valid when the funds are returned. You made the promise before and you failed to live up to it. Confirmation of that is smeared all over the Web. The entire Internet population speaking of DiversyFund cannot be telling untruths.

Originally my February 2020 investment was promised to pay out in five years (not "5-7" as falsely claimed by the company here). Coming into the new year, I was told that sales of property would start then and money would come in the summer. Now, the prospectus is the very last day of the year!

This is intolerable, and legal action will be taken to recover my money if it is not returned to me immediately. No more falsehoods, regardless of expectations to "sell" properties that also have "rents raised" against my direct advice as an investor.

So I expect my money will begin to return to my bank now. If not, there will be legal consequences.

Edit: Repetition of the false claim below does not make it any more true. The length was explicitly five years when originally invested, and so I expect the December payout date or sooner will be holding.

I accepted a full-time sales role at this company despite the negative reviews online, hoping things might have changed and needing employment quickly. Unfortunately, my experience confirmed many of the concerns I had read beforehand.

From day one, I showed up with a positive attitude, ready to learn and perform. However, it quickly became clear that the environment was unstable. I was one of only three sales reps — the other two had been there for about two months and had yet to close a single sale.

While the position offered a small base salary, it relied heavily on commission — difficult to earn given the circumstances. We were calling existing customers who had invested during the COVID period, and nearly all of them expressed the same frustrations: no returns on their investment, unclear timelines, and a lack of transparency from the company. Many just wanted their money back, but weren’t able to get it.

Internally, communication was inconsistent, and morale was low. Management often reassured us that changes were coming, but no improvements materialized. After two weeks of no progress — not just for me, but for the entire team — we were abruptly let go without warning. The CEO blamed us for not reading a Sunday afternoon email sent to our work accounts, asking us to come in later Monday, then proceeded to terminate two of us with vague reasoning about the company “going in a different direction.”

In my opinion, this company lacks transparency with both its employees and its clients. The promises made — both to customers and staff — did not match reality. Based on what I saw and experienced firsthand, I would strongly caution anyone considering working for or investing with this company.

The core issues seem to stem from poor leadership at the top. In my experience, The CEO has not demonstrated the leadership qualities needed to foster trust, transparency, or a healthy work environment. This has contributed to a toxic culture and a lack of direction that ultimately hurts both employees and customers.

Poor customer service, incredibly bad website, lack of transparency, and no returns in the past 3 years

I invested about 3 years ago since then i only received ONE $5.00 distribution. Thsi is by far the worst investment ever. I dont get any communications, i don't receive any responses to my requests for information and the company then wants to raise money to hire employees to talk to investors most likesly because there is 35k other investors saying the same thing. Why did it take over ten years for them to figure this out? My local savings account gives a higher return
#1 response to your company answer. These are positive cash flowing assets in your webinar you pointed out that occupancy and rents increased. This is not my first rodeo. Not only am I an investor personally but I’m involved in many deals. I understand not getting distributions during ramp up but that doesn’t take years. Where is all the income going don’t you have capex and TI reserves I’m assuming you do especially if you have a loan on the property. Please forward me all financials on the properties.
