Although my initial experience was very positive, I am currently experiencing payment delays.
I received confirmation from AIX that the payments have been processed; however, the funds have not yet been credited to my account.
I contacted my advisor, opened support tickets, and sent an official letter. I was assured that the issue would be resolved quickly; however, to date, I am still waiting for the payments and confirmation of their status.
My questions regarding the status and timeline of these payments remain unanswered, and I would like clarification, as the agreed payment terms have not been met.
