I initially invested in Reit I in July 2020. I understood that it was illiquid and I would not receive a return on my investment for 5 years. I stopped receiving fund updates in 2024, after receiving the attached letter. Since then, the investor portal has been static, not allowing me access to see how the fund is progressing and what stage it is in. I still receive emails urging me to invest more almost daily, but when I try to contact anyone at the company through the portal, it lands on an error page. I have reached out multiple times on the Diversyfund website and have not received any response. The telephone number listed for them is not working. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB and Diversyfund’s response was evasive and did not address my questions, but rather a canned response. This is unacceptable for any investor, accredited or not. I have been investing for many years and have never encountered this lack of communication before. I am also curious who their current registered agent is, since the last one I could find filed for resignation in February of 2025. I want to know why they are not responding or allowing access to our portfolios. If there is something amiss that affects the investors, this should be disclosed.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a personal response pertaining to my investment and access to my portfolio that is in real-time. I want to know the status (stage) of REIT I and if the fund is going to be dissolved in December 2025 as stated.

I invested with them Sep 2020 maturity supposed to be five years before I can withdraw five years came and went. First website gone, phone number disconnected and they don’t reply to emails so good luck if you give them your money. You might as well give your money to an homeless person.

Stay away from this company. They are thieves in my opinion. I wanted to get my investment back and I got a song and dance about wrapping things up. I waited the 5 years. I would have made a killing if I invested in silver instead of property. Big picture I lost money not made money. The fiat trash if I ever get it back is worth way less than when I entered.

I invested with DiversyFund based on disclosures describing a long-term real estate investment with an approximate 5–7 year timeframe and an eventual path to liquidity.

That timeframe has elapsed, and there has been no payout, redemption option, or clear explanation of how or when investors may reasonably expect a return of capital. Attempts to obtain clarity from the company have not resulted in substantive responses.

Due to concerns regarding disclosure of liquidity risks and investor communications, I have filed complaints with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI).

I am sharing this review to encourage transparency and clearer communication for investors.

I still haven't gotten my money back. Diversyfund workers told me last year that they would be selling off the property's this year starting December 31, 2025 and I haven't heard anything else concerning the selling. I recently emailed them to see if they were still on track for December 31, 2025 and as usual no response.

This company is a scam they have no phone number will not answer e-mails and had the audacity to text me for more money i called the number and the phone was disconnected stay away from this scammer

They have been telling me for years that I would be able to pull my investment, but that is a lie. Look up on Reddit all the people they have screwed over. Thank god I only invested 5K.

I recommend as many people as possible file complaint with a California Attorney General‘s office.

I invested in 2020 in REIT I. I was told it would liquidate this month. I have reached out twice with no reply and no updates. They made a weak effort to update everyone about six months ago and now radio silence. I have gotten a total of $250 in dividends in four years. I just want my money back from the scam at this point.

I initially invested with DiversyFund over 5 years ago, and as of the date indicated below, I am writing this review. Early on after the initial investment, I received notices/emails from them requesting a re-investment in their fund, which I ignored. I have consistently sent emails over the last 6 months and have not received any responses/replies. I attempted to call, but the phone (858-430-8528) has been disconnected. Internet research has revealed that complaints have been filed with the BBB, and the SEC. At this point I can only hope that I have not lost all of the funds invested. If it were possible to give a negative star review, I would.

Emails have not been answered. Trying to close my account. No dividends since 2022. No communication. I want my money. No customer service phone number. Seems like I've been scammed.

My story is similar to many. I invested with them five years ago. There was very little growth in my account.

This year I was supposed to be able to withdraw.

They have been stalling, not responding, and now I can’t get through to their website.

I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission. I would suggest others do the same.

Next, I will contact the attorney general’s office of their headquarters.

I invested 13,000 and things were fine at first, but now the investor portal doesn't work and emails go unanswered. I'm considering legal action.

I have asked for my money back for over 5 years. they refuse to give it to me.. Its only $1000 but its not growing and they keep telling that they need to reinvest. I think we should get together and sue them for our money. I needed my money after Covid and they refused it. I believe these people are crooks..Now I can't even reach them..what can we do???

I invested in DiversyFund several years ago based on representations that the fund would operate on a 5-year cycle with a target return of capital beginning in late 2025. As that date approaches, I have received almost no meaningful communication about the status of my investment, the underlying properties, or any updated payout schedule.

The investor portal frequently fails to load or displays incomplete information. At times I can’t access my account at all. Emails to support go unanswered or receive generic, unhelpful replies. There is no clear timeline, no property-sale updates, and no evidence that distributions are anywhere near starting.

What concerns me most is the lack of responsiveness from leadership. After failing to get updates through normal channels, I contacted the CEO, Craig Cecilio, on LinkedIn. Instead of responding, he blocked me, which is alarming for a company entrusted with investor funds.

Other investors seem to be having the same experience: no communication, no liquidity, no clarity. At this point, I have no confidence in DiversyFund’s transparency or investor relations. I hope this review helps others approach with caution.

If the company wishes to address this, I am fully open to a detailed and documented update on my account, the fund’s status, and the actual timeline for distributions.

I have been waiting 5+ years for a payout. I have written to them several times but they are silent. Impossible to speak to a real person let alone one with answers.

This is a con! The CEO is a crook most likely running a Ponzi scheme. There has been no communication from the company about one’s funds. You try to contact them and no one answers the phone the emails go into a black hole. Will be filing a class action against this company for funds not returned!
