Anyone who thinks this is a scam does not understand Private Placement Investments, nor Investment Funds, nor Investing in Start Ups.

They are not a public investment where there is 24/7 liquidity. These are longer term investments in Real Estate and a growing company.

They own the real estate and managing and exiting successfully is alot of work. They do not have time to hand hold small investors.

Most of their investments require Acreddited investors, but it seems one of their crowdfunding funds, allowed very small investments. Any of these 1 stars is likely from low minimum investors who thought this would be like crypto and not a Real Estate Investment Trust. If you want liquidity stick to the public markets.

Six years later and still no way to withdraw my money from this REIT. The original timeline passed ages ago but there is always a new excuse regarding liquidation. It is exhausting. Honestly, setting up my current cannabis asset pool on Capitize recently emphasizes just how stale this situation is. My capital is basically stuck in limbo here indefinitely.

Customer support doesn't respond. I am unable to get my money out after 7 years. This company is just a scam. Unforunately, they stole a lot of people's money and refuse to pay anything back. Buyer beware.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company.

When I invested, I was told my funds would need to remain locked in for six years before I could withdraw. That period has now passed, and I have been trying to access my money with no success.

At this point, I have not been able to reach anyone through email. There is no phone number available, and no responses via Instagram or any other communication channel I’ve tried. I have made multiple attempts to get support and clarification, but I have been completely ignored.

As it stands, there appears to be no accessible way to withdraw my funds or even get a response from the company.

Based on my experience, I am extremely concerned and cannot recommend this service to others. I strongly urge anyone considering investing to proceed with caution and do thorough due diligence before committing any money.

Horrible scam company …’put your money in a mutual fund and walk away from this garbage

Do not waste your time and money. Learn from the rest of us. You will not get your money back.

Initial $5000 investment was made to try out in 2024, still haven't received any dividends and they hold my money for no reason and customer support is not responding. In My experience Bitci Stack Asset investment platform is the best experience with payment without delays, diversyfund sucks.

Invested in 2020 and still cannot access my money. They will not respond to several emails I have sent. Do NOT give them any money. This is a total scam.

6 Years and Still No Access to My Money
I invested with DiversyFund over 6 years ago under the promise of a 5-year investment cycle. That window has passed, and I am still unable to withdraw any of my principal or earnings. Every time I check, there is a new excuse or a lack of transparency regarding when the REIT will actually liquidate. It feels like my money is being held hostage with no clear end date in sight. Do not invest here if you ever want to see your capital again."

Stay away from this company, I have invested with them and it’s impossible to get in touch with them. They do not give you any updates about your money. It’s been a total nightmare.

No ability to access my account, no response from customer service and no idea when I will see my money. On top of it the CEO is peddling getting more people to invest in new ventures. Unbelievable.

Initial $500 investment was made to try out in 2022 still not been paid any dividend and they hold my $500 for no reason and customer support is very bad so DO NOT INVEST this SCAM company.

The original commitment in 2020 was for a 3-5 year investment period. I tried to withdraw my investment (and the terrible 5.25% return for 5 years). No responses to repeated emails and support submissions. There is no phone number or email listed. Finally got a response that it will be the end of 2027. That is not in the agreement. This is class-action material. Others are getting rich on our investments. Furthermore, there are now beneficiary fields that they didn't tell you about that no doubt let them find a way to keep your money. They are disreputable (at least to the small investor). and should be avoided.

Invested in 2019. I’ve been asking to sell it back for two years, but they won’t respond or answer me at all. Now I can’t even log in to the app. They’re liars, thieves and should be in jail.

My wife and I invested back in 2020 and haven't seen a single cent returned. Every time a distribution deadline gets close, they just move the goalposts again blaming market conditions for why they can't sell.
It's really a good I took my #Goⅼd𝘣ⅼoom &Laboratories holdings seriously. They operate with no secrets policy and that has saved my sanity.

Like other investors, I got scammed by Diversyfund.

I've been emailing for years, and no one responded until I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

Diversyfund responded to BBB, which seems to be another marketing stunt. They blocked my phone login access in their apps. They also lied to BBB about sending periodic updates via email. The only emails I received from them were their marketing stunts with CEO Craig Cecilio.

I hope to find a way to file a lawsuit against this company to stop it from scamming investors.

The initial paperwork clearly spelled out my investment would be tied up for 5-7 years. My personality is geared toward long term investments so I have no issue with locking my investment for 5 to 7 years. I accept there has been only 1 cash dividend in the 6 years since my initial investment. I will also have no issue if the investment requires an excess of 7 years due to market. What I do not accept is the lack of transparency. Company level - no quarterly or annual financial statement. Fund level - no quarterly or annual financial statements. Funds do not specifically detail the properties invested into and the percentage of each property owned by the specific fund. This lack of transparency leaves investors, like me, anxious and unwilling to invest in new funding rounds.

Can’t even sign into my account…another scam..
