This company is a dream come true. I thought it was a scam. I called every where and discovered they were real. 12-20-23 we put the down payment. We have a beautiful small peice of land and in 84 months we will own it. We are already working on building on it. I'm beyond greatful for Joseph and team ❤️

When you need assist no one is available. I left message on 11/26 for my acct manager and got no call the next day today. I noticed they paused on 11/26 when trying to make a payment over the phone on my acct when payment was still not due till the 27th. I always call to make the payment. I called yesterday and only got the salesperson which only offered to send a message. So I paid online today because the hold was long and it was 8pm eastern time. The app is glitchy and I always avoid that option. I noticed my acct now does not say paused!...like what does that mean.. 🤔 does it mean we are waiting to lock you out if payment is not made on time? Days before the due date? Well no answer so far. Not happy with the lack of support or end day hours. I am customer service with more than 15 yrs of sales and customer service and this process could be improved significantly. I just talked to some that could not answer my questions and with my frustration hung up on me..so this so far is a horrible experience paying land with so many uncertainty and is frustrating plus worrisome. Do they realise this is not a regular phone payment. Even for a phone payment i as a care rep cannot hang up regardless how a customer is. I hope the CEO is reading this. If your company is small train all employees to assist in everything not just sales. I am really tired of hearing I do not know and please call your manage. If I would not have used the online payment I would have been late. Mind you I made the payment without the follow up I was expecting today. I will complete my purchase until fully paid but avoid any other sales from Discount lots.

This company is wonderful. We were skeptical at first. It sounded too good to be true. After careful research we decide to take the plunge. It was a wonderful experience, everyone was so helpful. They are willing to answer any questions and Jackie gets back to you right away. She also explains everything in detail and makes sure you understand it. We will definitely refer friends and family. It has been a great experience .

Disrespectful and probably racist. Refuse to use proper legal names. Insults to people who have been adopted by using made up variations of their names. Do not recommend

If I could give this company 6 stars I would. They make it so easy and accessible to by land, which I thought was impossible. I’ve been searching for land on NV and I am so fortunate to have come across discount lots. It is very very simple to purchase from them and they are very transparent. It is hard to trust companies these days, but discount lots is reputable and trustworthy! Thank you to Cindy for helping me settle my dream land.

When God first aloud me to run into Discount lots,I was unsure, but I am glad I decided to step out on faith, now we own 2.5 acres of land in Mojave CA, God is so good and the staff is so nice
