I am not a person who trust anything nor anyone. I have been searching and searching for land and it’s been very hard. Everyone had either too much down payment or too much monthly payments. I found discounts lots online and search the website I did pass a couple of lots. I found one and had questions about it. Virginia answered all my questions and did not push me into buying the land she help look for the perfect land for me. I wanted bigger but she was so sweet on the phone and answered the questions I had. She was not just the average sale person who just wants to sale you anything, they are really patient with you. I will recommend discounts lots to anyone. The whole process was smooth. I am now a land owner.. Thank you Virginia and discounts lots online. I am truly grateful

I love discount lots. Best decision to buy a piece of land. I also love my account manager. Sam is very nice, and easy to talk to. Discount lots work with you when you need to postpone your payment. I may buy another piece of land once I pay off the one I have now.

The customer service was very good but…
The customer service was very good but the land I bought was way to far from my jobs had to cx within a week I tried but it was to late I lost all my money it was very disappointing since I spent my last of my savings to get this land id wish I read it wasn't refundable I lost money I desperately needed $495 so don't buy land from them unless you know for 100% it will work otherwise your just out all the money and the land.

At the time of purchase, the down payment you made secured the property and removed it from the market, which is why it is applied as non refundable under our agreement. This policy allows us to keep pricing accessible for all buyers and applies consistently across all purchases. That said, We understand that policies don’t lessen the emotional impact when circumstances change unexpectedly.
