Fantastic choice of Splashbacks and excellent customer service. They provided very clear instructions on how to measure accurately and the turnaround was really quick. All contact with them was very professional and they double checked the order prior to it going to production. The splash backs were very well packed and were pristine when they arrived. Their guidance for installation is very clear and concise and we are delighted with the end result. The cost was 60% less than using a local company. All in all a great experience and would highly recommend using Direct Splashbacks.

I was kept well informed of the progress of my order throughout the time it was in the queue and in production.
The glass splashback was perfectly prepared to the exact mm of my required dimensions and with a stunning image projected onto it. There is a decent backing to the printer image, which protects it well and provides a good surface for the adhesive to be applied to.
The glass arrived very well packaged and was undamaged.
Although the cost seemed quite a lot at the time of order, the overall result was well worth it.

Easy ordering process with great follow up prior to the splash back being printed. Installation instructions were very easy to follow. Our splash back is an amazing finishing touch to our kitchen!

Splashback arrived on time and in one piece which is more than can be said for the kitchen supplier who still haven't sent all the order so I cant fit the worktops or splashback.

I discussed the fitting of the splashback and a few issues I had with fitting the product in a difficult space. They were highly informed and came back almost immediately to answer my query. I was dealing with someone who knew what I wished to know and not someone who had never had to fit this item.

My glass splashback shattered so looked for a bespoke replacement.

Ok so Direct Splashbacks rely heavily on email communication and that is fine because it is ruthlessly efficient and contact is swift and reliable. They manufactured a glass table top for me which was absolutely accurate with slightly rounded corners to avoid sharp edges. It came by courier with plenty of tracking and was packed very very securely. An excellent product, I can highly recommend this company.
