As with everything in life it is when things go wrong that people show their true nature. There was a mistake in measurement on my initial order which wasn't EGW's mistake, fair enough. I needed to rectify by reordering, again I don't hold EGW responsible for this. HOWEVER, in trying to get this resolved Adam who was dealing with my account outright ignored emails. It took me days of following up and chasing when I finally managed to get hold of him, his words "I've already told you what I can do, I don't have the time to keep responding to emails". Adam you did not clearly state this was your final view and you ignored all my emails which followed! I can't be the only customer you have had where mistakes have been made on measurement. You clearly don't value customer service and are happy to profit from people in my situation. I don't have a need for more glass but will think twice before using you again or recommending you to anyone. Appalling.

I required a bespoke shower door for a new bathroom and received a fantastic service from Sean at Express Glass Warehouse. Very helpful and was delivered very quickly. If you require a bespoke shower door, this is the company to speak to. Highly recommended.

Excellent all round. Very prompt response to initial enquiry, followed up with a very favourable quote for 6 bespoke and irregular shaped panels. Delivered approx 1 week after the order was placed. The finished job looks truly amazing and the missus particularly is 'over the moon' (Happy wife = happy life!). A big thank you to all involved with this order

Purchased 2 glass doors and SIX hinges. One hinge came out faulty whilst the rest are perfectly fine.
Their response was; you’ve fitted them wonky. Fit in 2 doors identically, one hinge has a problem which I’ve provided pictures for, and Helen Doherty sends me a response with a picture of how to install the hinges LOL. No resolution offered…not even accepting that the hinge may be faulty, just assumed we’ve installed it wrong, when the other door is perfectly fine. Hinges are less than 3 months old btw

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! After we placed order the delivery date changed drastically, we then tried to call to be told there are no phones lines to contact and speak to anyone. They then gave me the delivery drivers number to chase my delivery even though we paid £65 for delivery through them they were basically saying its not their problem anymore.

Left a query out of hours on the website and it said someone would get back to me, they never did. I then went back during working hours to start a new chat. I wanted to purchase a bath screen with brushed brass hinges - even though the website says they are made to order, it was showing as sold out...! The agent told me that the hinges are sold out, I asked when are they back in stock and he said they have been discontinued. So I have no idea why they are still showing on the website. Really unprofessional company and think I dodged a bullet ordering from them. What a waste of time!

I'm looking for glass splashbacks for my utility room. I've looked at a few online sites and have written prices down as I go.
10 days ago I visited this site and wrote the prices down.
Today, I went in to order and noticed they had a discount if you signed up with your email - which I duly did.
I tried to apply the welcome10 discount code but it wasn't accepted. I contacted online chat and asked them why. They said it was because the products I want to buy already have a black Friday discount code applied to them.
This is utter RUBBISH. The Black Friday banner on the landing page was NOT there when I checked their site 10 days ago. They are simply trying to wriggle out of a measly 10% discount.
Shame on them. They've lost a sale because of their shady practices.

Excellent service and great communication. We had some very complicated glass balustrade and shower screens that were produced to a very high quality. Highly recommend EGW!

Really frustrated.
The glass itself - fantastic. All cut to size perfectly. Delivered fine, if a tad slowly.
Comms, generally fine, but could be a tad more responsive.
However, big problem. Ordered 8mm glass for a custom shower. They sent 10mm surface channels for it. All I get is that's what their suppliers provide now. That this is how it's done. Nonsense. It looks ridiculous.
Had to purchase the correct item from elsewhere as they stopped responding.

Ordered a large mirror, cut to size. Delivered much earlier than planned by a lovely driver called Johnny. He went above and beyond by offering to take it up to the 10th floor of my daughter’s apartment block despite EGW advising at order stage that it’s a doorstop only.

Rude delivery driver. After ordering more than 10 glass panels the delivery driver parked on my driveway and would refuse to offload the glass onto my driveway. He signalled me to come to his van and pick the glass myself and offload it from the van onto my driveway. Not wanting confrontation i asked him to at least help me pick up a 20 kg glass panel and he then RUDELY tells me ''Its only 19 kg''. Absolutely appalled by this behaviour. I had to offload more than 100kg in items myself while he stood there watching. Because of this experience i will never order from this company again nor recommend them. After spending more than £1000 the least i would expect is for the delivery driver to do his job properly. You are losing customers because of your delivery drivers.

Great service, excellent communications, great quality + BRILLIANT price! I tried 6 local companies and they were all almost double the price, and Express included delivery. 10/10 guys.

Really happy with our lovely Juliet balconies. I dealt with Michael Heady who gave me a great price (more than £1K cheaper than rivals) over email. Delivery was easy - the driver was really helpful and assisted us getting three huge slabs of glass out of the van. And when I needed a replacement for one as I'd miscalculated the width, Michael was a star and incredibly kind and generous. I cannot fault the service I received. There was a bit of a delay in getting my glass by a couple of weeks but it wasn't the end of the world. When I spoke to customer services they were quick to deal with any queries I had and I received a text notifying me of the delivery. Overall, my experience has been great and I am about to order a table top!

Wanting to create a bespoke glass shower surround and being a novice DIYer had an idea on how I wanted it to look, I contacted EGW and the staff were excellent talking me through what I would require and measurements required, the communication was great throughout until we were both 100% happy with the order, all the assembly accessories arrived by post the next day with the glass itself arriving approx 2 weeks after, when we built the shower surround up everything fitted perfectly and looks amazing!! I would 100% recommend the team at EGW!!!

Proceed with care with this company. Great support initially when initially asking about a potential order, very responsive, as soon as I placed the order, nothing. Would not respond to emails at all, did not inform me until I had placed the order that it is kerbside delivery only. Item delivered a week late with zero communication of this delay (despite several unanswered emails requesting this information. Will not use them again and would warn others about doing so.

Do not use! Having to go through my credit card to get some communication

Very disappointing experience (order number 22011). We ordered a splashback on 17th September and the wrong item (wrong size and fixings) was delivered early October. It's now November and we are still without a replacement splashback. This is despite me chasing for an update over email (all of which have been ignored) and several telephone calls in which I've been told: 'it will be with you this week'. I've now cancelled the order and can only hope they issue a refund promptly.

Our Splashback arrived in the time estimated. I was so impatient to see it as well and it more than lived up to expectations! It's absolutely a work of art and I'm so so thrilled with it. It was well packaged. Great service from start to finish.

2nd order with this company, this time around for an oval table for the garden. Was very tricky because of the fact that you cannot give exact measure for such a geometric figure. I drew a diagram best I could with width at various intervals. Communication with them was paramount. Table turned out exactly spot on. Great quality for the price.
