When I purchased the first solar ac everything worked out great. The second unit I purchased arrived with one out of seven panels cracked. I tried to contact company and sent pictures. No response.

Great experience, highly recommend…
Having never bought from direct power before I was a bit nervous that the heavy snow might cause delays. When I called to check, the person who answered was very reassuring and understood my concern. They explained how the order was coming in two parts and everything was on schedule. It arrived on time and in great shape in spite of the weather. Great service and product.

he was very good at getting the item ship,
quick service,
its to bad you don't make a wooden crate to ship them in because they wouldn't show up with all kinds of damage and have to go back, even though the freight company is responsible for the damage it just sets the customer back further on his project that's the only thing that is bad about your company

Direct Solar Power with very prompt with my order of the EG4 Brightmount Rack System, and it was shipped quickly. Regretfully, the box was damaged during UPS shipment and many major components were missing from the package on arrival. Direct Solar Power was alerted to the dilemma and responded quickly.
