Got my lenses within a week of ordering. Cute packaging and very clear instructions on how to use. I love the colour! My eyes are a natural light blue and the green really stands out. 100% recommend! Comfortable, (after an adjustment period - first time user).

Lenses came and one of them was torn slightly in the middle, asked for assistance and help or a refund and got no response at all. Don’t buy from this place at all.

Scam scam scam. What a waste of money..the contacts dont fit as they're supposed too. I emailed them regarding a return for ones i hadn't opened after very quickly realising they were terrible and after 3 emails STILL NO RESPONSE!

I should've checked the reviews before trying the free trial! I've been wearing contacts for 30 years and thought I'd give this brand a go. I wear high powered lenses at -12.00. Wore them yesterday from 6am and had to remove them by 6pm due to my eyes hurting so badly. They were still sore when I woke up this morning and the pain is still currently noticeable at 12pm (I am not wearing the Dimples but my usual brand Focus Daillies Aqua). The only other time I experienced such discomfort was when I purchased a pair of cheap novelty lenses for a Halloween party. I'm discarding the rest of my 10day trial pack as they are not suitable for me.

Sadly, these went into the garbage 2 min, after putting them in. They are thick and flimsy, I won't be purchasing again. They are exactly like halloween cosmetic contacts which are extremely uncomfortable to the point you can barely get through the halloween night. As these are supposed to be dailies- there is NO way. Save your money

The contacts burn my eyes as soon as I put them on. Also you will be automatically subscribed when you signed up for “free trial” contacts were thin and flimsy. Do not buy! You get what you pay for…

I wish i saw these reviews before, i did not get my item delivered either and no response from them!

They are scammers. Be careful!
They got my money, then package was delivered to wrong address, I proved it with a screenshot of wrong delivery from couriers service.
After that I asked them to replace the package or to refund my money, they didn’t respond since.

They are very unethical and I will never shop from them again! I purchased 3 contacts ($99) to get free shipping. At no point was I prompted that I would be responsible to pay for additional import fees. Furthermore, under the shipping link, even their shipping chart for Canada is misleading as it doesn’t list the additional import fees. They are purposely misleading the user, so when the item arrives the customer feels obliged to pay the customs fee to obtain the contacts from Canada Post. I contacted their customer service refusing to pay additional fees as I was blindsided and that I want a full refund. Their customer service gave me scripted answers not addressing my issue. If you don’t pick the item up, then it gets returned to sender. Since I refused pick up, it would be sent back to them and they have the nerve to tell me that even if the contacts are returned to them, their policy doesn’t allow refunds. Now, that’s very unethical because they get their item back but they won’t issue you refund. They stopped responding to me after that. I launched case on them via PayPal since I paid through them. Thank God for PayPal because they issued me a refund. Disgraceful!

Don't shop with them, bought a pair on the 3rd of December, 2024 that has never arrived so far, today is the 20th of Jan. Paid the custom fee already and they lost my parcel, now they want me to pay again, even though I never recieved the first one, but to pay again for my contatcs, when I already paid €32 + €18 custom fee and now another €19 euros again...sent several emails and they don't even reply anymore....nothing. Very bad managed company. So disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Dimple Color. I placed an order on December 19th, expecting delivery within the promised 8-10 business days. Today is January 15th, and I still haven’t received my package. This delay is completely unacceptable and feels like a breach of trust. If I had known this would happen, I would have never placed the order.

To make matters worse, Dimple Color’s customer service is non-existent. Despite their website claiming to offer live chat support, I have spent days waiting for an agent with no success. I’ve also sent multiple emails, none of which have been answered, except for one response blaming Canada Post. However, the reality is that they didn’t even ship my order until January 8th—three weeks after I placed it.

The package is now sitting in Vancouver instead of being shipped to Toronto, with no updates since January 10th. Their delivery process is not just inefficient but outright negligent.

This is not my first international order, and I’ve never faced such poor service before. I have requested a full refund, and I am willing to return the package if it ever arrives.

I will never order from Dimple Color again, and I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting their misleading delivery promises.

These contact lenses are RUBBISH they’ve clearly got bots and fake reviews pumping them up . The colours are fake looking nothing like social media the lenses are extremely uncomfortable and dry after a few hours .

Had a really stressful experience with them. Was supposed to just give one color a try but since they have a small bag when you get three, I caved in. It didn’t let me place the full address at first so the item had to be returned to them and I took accountability and paid for another shipping. Mind you all this was weeks before black friday and it finally arrived in first week of December and guess what, the bag that I got the three pairs was not even there and when I contacted their support (which felt like one person since it takes ages to talk to an actual human) they told me they ran out of the bag “because of black Friday”. Like what??? This parcel was supposed to already have it since it was before that. Thing is a whole sham. You guys might as well buy from a reputable store because their marketing is good but they are not ready to accommodate their influx of customers that they target. Even when you ask for help on their socials, they’re just gonna delete your comment and lead you on to their dm’s which is another automated response. Shite honestly.

I have used these contacts for years, customer service is brilliant and love the fact that I’m able to change my prescription or subscription quickly and easily online. Highly recommended!!

I really like the fact you have daily disposable coloured lenses, that's great! It would be better if there were 31 in each pack. The main issue I have though, is that the green coloured bit of the lense of the aloe green daily lenses is way too big. It looks unnatural. Also, in the light you can see behind the lense that my iris is significantly smaller, I don't think there would be anyone out there with irises big enough to pull this look off. I'm glad the colour isn't fully opaque as that's a more natural look.

I purchased two sort of coloured lenses in a pluss costing me 100.00. When I received them they were in a minuss I had opened the small box that the viles are in but not the vile contaning the lenses.
I contacted customer support they said that's fine send them back and we will refund the money back, so I sent them back by registered post pluss requesting a signature thinking it would be more secure.
Now they are saying that they were opened and they will not be remembering

Which I appreciate but would have loved it to have been refunded the very first time without a fight.

I would give 0 stars if I could. It doesn’t even go into my eye properly and makes it really uncomfortable. Not worth a single cent.
