Excellent, personal, speedy service and fantastic results! 5 Stars all round !

I found Debra very engaging, friendly and nice. My only issue was the fees were not explained enough nor the breakdown of costs. That said, there was room for discussion. Overall, a good service and I would recommend Digitalmemorybox.

Fantastic service. My VCR was broken and had mould but Debbie still managed to get the footage off for me

Absolutely over the moon with this service! Honestly can't fault a thing from using the website in the beginning to the very individual attention from Debbie. Everything went so smooth and my neighbour has been reunited with her special wedding vow renewal ceremony in a format she can now watch again. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

So happy ! I sent an old VHS of my late Mum's family, DVDs of me & my siblings and then DVDs of my own sons when they were toddlers. I am so happy to now have all our memories in digital format so that we can all watch them again. My aunts & uncles are delighted to see footage of themselves as young adults (they are now in their 70s & 80s). Digital Memory Box have given great results and communicated all along the line; acknowledging receipt of my data and sending e-mails every step of the way. Highly recommended - Thank you so much!

Great communication. Prompt service and a very fair price. Now I have all my old memories again.

Excellent communication from Debra , excellent turnaround, excellent service - all in all - Excellent!

Great experience. Very fast turnaround of my video tapes onto a usb stick. Excellent company. Can highly recommend

What an amazing company ! First class product , amazing customer service with a quick turnaround from sending my old DVD to receiving the digital copy. Extremely helpful when I needed help with the process . I will be using the service again.

Wow, this company!! What an incredible service! I was updated and reassured throughout the process and received my memories back so quickly. An awesome company that I cannot recommend highly enough.

What a lovely friendly and helpful lady Debbie is. She converted an old VHS tape which is over 20 years old onto a USB stick. The tape was of my 2 sons and nephew in their teens. We have had great laughs and memories. Thank you Debbie highly recommended company.👍❤️x

Very fast turnaround and great quality digital transfer (from very old VHS tape).

Would rate this service ten stars if I could! A wonderful way to preserve precious precious memories. I couldn’t be happier with the footage I’ve received back and such a quick turn around time!

I was having a very difficult time finding a caring company to help with my mother's ancient cine films. Each company I called was very sterile and not emotionally involved in this emotional transaction. Then I hit the jackpot with Debbie from Digital Memory Box. She immediately understood the importance to my mother of these cine reels and held out her hand the whole way. Debbie did an exemplary job showing empathy and care towards my family. I could not recommend her highly enough.

Was very quick service and got to see old home made family days.

I have used Digital Memory Box to transfer all my parents slides on to a usb. The whole procedure was so efficient. I was a little apprehensive at first as it is all my childhood memories but Deb was so reassuring and explained everything to me. What a wonderful out come to be able see them on the TV. Will be entrusting my 8mm tapes to Digital Memory Box in the near future. Thank you Deb

I was very worried about handing over my family 8mm films to anyone to convert to digital but after speaking with Digital Memory Box they gave me confidence that they would look after them. I was pleasantly impressed with the care and professionalism the company and family provided. Great turn around and constant support and updates throughout. Highly recommended! Thanks Debbie and family for your help
