5 stars isn’t enough!

I’ve shared with the whole family ❤️

Great, efficient and reasonably priced service.

This company are so helpful . They are quick and efficient . I have been very happy with their service

Excellent service. Digital received within a few days. Managed to retrieve content from a mouldy old VHS cassette.

Amazing! I was so nervous of sending my tape anywhere. From the beginning Debbie made me feel like she valued my memories as much as I did. Communication was excellent, every step of the way I was notified as to where in the process they were. Which made me feel more excited and less nervous by the day. Debbie was also available on whatsapp for any questions. The USB I ordered arrived back with my original tape in good time and the quality after 30 years being moved from box to box was unbelievable! Thank you so much! I'm thrilled to bits!

Excellent communications and the various broadcast over-recordings were ignored ... thankyou !

Clear instructions on website, speedy service and friendly and helpful on phone.

We had been putting off transferring old VHS tapes to digital because we didn’t know what was likely to be old recordings of Neighbours or family memories. After a few false starts, I found Debbie and her magical Digital Memory Box. Debbie painstakingly went through my multiple tapes and extracted all the precious memories onto a memory stick for me and my family to enjoy at my Dad’s 81st birthday. What a service! Faultless.

I chose this company to digitalise 35 year old VHS holding precious family memories because they were a small family business. Debbie's communication was excellent. She checked all aspects of the tape postage/delivery. The work was speedy (as promised) and of a high quality. I would absolutely use them again.

Just fantastic ! great customer experience, professional, fast, high quality. I'd highly recommend. Brought loads of joy to see the memories !

An old vhs video was sent off and returned very promptly with a digital copy to down load. Would use again.

Great communication, speedy service. Fast response to any emails. Would recommend.

I'm amazed that vhs from 1990 were recoverable. It's fantastic to be able to share clips of long gone family members.
The service was quick and responsive.
Thank you

Excellent communication, can’t thank them enough for fetching the very special memories back that we thought would never see again. Thank you again. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing company. I cannot recommend them enough. Helped all the way through the process checking what I wanted. When I made a mistake there was no issues rectifying it with great communication throughout. If I could give more than 5stars I would.
