Intuitive, great connectivity, support is great (if ever needed) and monthly contracts make this a no-brainer really. Seamlessly integrates to Bullhorn and is saving our recruiters circa 3 minutes per call, really happy so far.

Great service and really easy to get signed up and activated. I ported my number from Vodafone UK and it was linked to my Devyce account the next day!

Quick communication, easy set up, now I can use my UK number abroad and my Swiss number on the same phone, just one sim card. Great!

We made the switch from CloudCall to Devyce last year, it's been transformational for my team (once you've tried AI call summaries rather than scanning painful call transcripts, you won't look back). Being a web-based platform, Devyce is incredibly convenient, especially when onboarding new staff with new laptops. The Vincere integration is as good as any I've seen, and it integrates seamlessly into our workflow.

A no-brainer! We are a UK recruitment business who operate globally. In 2024 we moved all of our ~30 lines to Devyce from Cloudcall and it's been one of the best SaaS products we've ever used. The product itself seamlessly integrates with all industry-leading CRM systems. You make a call and within seconds, the AI summary is on the right place in your CRM - no data is ever lost. The softphone and mobile app are both super user friendly too. There has been no down time since we moved and everything just works without you having to think about it. Whatsmore, it was coming in at a cheaper pricepoint than our previous supplier and they don't put you on any contract, just a monthly rolling agreement, which means they have to proactively improve the product all the time. All the team are friendly and approachable via phone, email and in person and it's been a great decision to move. If you're on the fence, do it!

I relocated to Singapore and wanted to keep my UK number, and the ability to call/message without international charges. Devyce ticks every box. Their customer service were very helpful and responsive before they signed up, the onboarding process a breeze, and porting my number took only 24 hours. I don't usually write reviews but this product deserves one. I'm not sure why I didn't just use Devyce when I was living in the UK!

Got a subscription with them via Xpatphone as I needed an emergency UK phone number while overseas. Experience has generally been good and barely a lag. Ported my original number after 4 months of usage.

Very efficient communication from the beginning and easy to port my original number.

Great but many 0330 xxxxx numbers are not working ... i cannot call my bank unless I use my local cellphone and it costs more than the monthly susbcription...

Simplicity personified. With a professional supportive service to port existing number.

This process was simple and above all the performance of the service is excellent.

What great customer service from Nicole. So many companies keep you waiting for days to resolve queries, but not Devyce. My complicated request was sorted within about an hour. Speedy and efficient, well done Nicole !

Moved to Dubai earlier this year, but wanted to keep my UK number to allow family and friends to call. Xpatfone/Devyce also allows me to call the UK without needing a VPN (as WhatsApp calls are blocked from here).
For £9 a month, I'm effectively getting unlimited calls and texts to/from the UK, and my mum doesn't have to worry about using anything complicated - she just calls me as normal. Perfect!

Works Great! Does exactly as advertised. I live Mainly in Europe but need a UK number for a business back home. Its easy to set up. Started off with a number given to me by Devyce so i could test it out and when i was satisfied I ported over my number from my previous network EE. The number was ported and up and running in less than a day very pleased so far.
The staff were very quick and helpful when replying to my emails.

Only just installed, but this seems like a great app with good customer service. Much better than the previous one we were using.

Finding Devyce for me was a joy, Customer service has been amazing, Living in Thailand I have a Thai SIM card but I needed to keep in touch with the UK but was so expensive so finding Devyce have saved me a lot of stress,
