I bought this as a gift for a friend and she was very pleased. It was delivered on time.

Good product but let down by the delivery company who failed to deliver this in the date specified. Missed the birthday it was sent as a gift for, totally ruining the surprise which I was very annoyed about.

Love having the ability to select all the items yourself, meaning nothing will go to waste.

Delivered as expected. Recipient seemed to like it.

Got the Cheese Hamper, it was all delicious I would highly recommend Devon Hampers 🤩

Ordered 3 surprise hampers to celebrate with my siblings my Mothers 80th (heavenly) birthday. Ordered 4 days in advance of the delivery date with delivery to 3 different locations.

Only 1 turned up on the correct date and when contacting Lucy from the company I was informed that they state on the website to order a day in advance for special occasions -this isn't a surprise if you do this and I paid for a set dates delivery so feel the response was very dismissive and put the blame onto me.

I was aslo informed that they have a 98% delivery statistic - in my limited experience that is actually 33% so good luck ordering from this company if you want it delivered at your timescales.

£90 spent for a very upsetting experience - even the box that did arrive was underwhelming and there are many better companies offering this service that actually do care about their customers - I suggest you use them!

It arrived on time, been told it looks good.

Not aware that it's been opened and eaten yet. If it taste as it looks will be good.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Easy to follow instructions, gift turned up on exact day, brilliant service all round, will definitely repurchase in the future!

Despite despatch hiccup the hamper was delivered as advised. Recipient was delighted with contents and quality. Good value for money.

Hamper was ordered specifically as a gift for New Years Eve and was not delivered until 2 days later. Whilst this was communicated to us via email the subsequent offer of 10% off our next order by way of apology was poor. These 10% codes are freely available online !

I’m afraid I was disappointed - the wrong hamper was sent, it was a Christmas present for someone. I contacted the company who offered me a small refund on a £90 hamper. I asked them to send the missing items to the gift recipient. I thought they might have offered a bit more for the disappointment.

Selected a “build your own” hamper as a Christmas gift. Was well received. Second time I’ve used this company and very happy with communication and service. Would recommend!!

We sent a large hamper to my parents for Christmas. Being able to choose the contents meant that everything was food they really enjoy, and it was fantastic it was all from the South West. It arrived in good time on Christmas Eve as specified. They absolutely loved it and we would order another one.

Really lovely idea for people you don’t know what to buy. We sent it to grandparents as they love a good Devonshire cream tea. Very reasonable price for what you get. Review from grandparents was that it was lovely and fresh. Would certainly recommend

I ordered 5 hampers as gifts for Christmas and I could not be happier with my purchase!

I had a question to ask about one of the products and I called and spoke to Adam who was so helpful with his advice.

The delivery was swift and the items arrived in perfect condition thanks to DX Express.

The lucky receivers of these hampers were all delighted with their gift and were blown away with the presentation of the goods in the wicker hamper.

I would highly recommend Devon Hampers and I won’t use anyone else from now on!!

Sent as a gift for my grandma. She loved it and it was such a novel gift, she was surprised and pleased to receive it. She loves a cream tea and you can’t best s devonian cream tea!

Two items were missing from my hamper and to date they haven’t rectified it.
There were also substitute products that I felt were inferior.
I have ordered in the past from this company and been happy but I have to say I was extremely disappointed this year.
