Not happy with the service today
Not happy at all. Rang Devitt at around 9am regarding a window that had fallen out of my camper whilst I was away. Needed a solution asap. Was passed onto to a company who deal with it, this company then said they do not do that and then told me I had to call Devitt back (as they could not put me back through). Rang them again and got a lady who was helpful and put me through to another company (autowindsheields) who said they would call me back asap. They finally rang me back at 2.30pm ish. I’d already sorted it out with a company that I found myself on the internet by then.
The whole process of ringing Devitt was pointless and frustrating.
