Complete useless customer service and company...I would never bother to use this lot ever again.
I'm sure if truth be known, they messaged up your documents and refused to accept the information provided. Knowing if you cancel, they pocket money for nothing 🤬🤬🤬
One ⭐ is far too generous for this lot of sharp practice crooks.

You do not accept my proof of no claims, you have requested copies of my driving licence after dvla check number sent, communications takes approx 3 days from an email the only reason you got 2 staers was the price.
I will be cancelling the policy before the start date and will be demanding a full refund

I can see that we received the no claim bonus proof, but was unable to view the document. We also requested your license number so we could generate a license summary for you.
we have since received the no claim bonus proof, but still needed to license number. I can see that you can also contacted our office to cancel the policy as from the start date and a full refund has been issued.

Excellent service answer all my queries
Excellent service and was able to provide better car insurance policy for a 1/3 less than my existing offer. Nothing to much trouble.

I contacted Devitt to renew my…Motorcycle Insurance
I contacted Devitt to renew my motorcycle insurance. I had ran the comparison websites and received quotes £12 cheaper, when I contacted Devitt, they refused to price match, but the difficulties of obtaining Proof of NCD meant I ended up staying with them. I also found it quite difficult understanding the Devitt operative.
